*** *** wife was the initial contact for the estimate. I never spoke to *** *** until two days ago when he informed me that he was declining the policy. He told me that he was under the impression that the policy would be with ***, based on the email from my office. I
told him that I had spoken to his wife and let her know that since they didn't want to do the autos, *** would not write the home and gave her a new estimate with another carrier. After several weeks she called and said that they wanted to start the policy and gave me the information for premium payment. Two days ago I received an email from *** *** to cancel the policy flat and refund his monies. We have done this and the refund is being processed

What is *** *** requesting? The policy has been cancelled and his refund is being processed
