After a hail storm it was necessary to have my roof doneI did some research and received several quotesMost other companies provided pricing similar to that of National Star however the other companies missed many details such as work around the chimney (just to name one of many) and and had several additional charges to use the same high quality materials that National Star uses as their standardI am so glad that National Star was the company I picked as they were able to answer my endless questions, included all possible requirements and costs; and were astounding with the knowledge they had to offer

After a chain of middle summer hail storms we were really concerned about our aging roof as a lot of roofs in our neighborhood were damaged. We contacted our local insurance office and they recommended hiring an inspector before filing a claim to make sure that roof was really hail damaged. After researching on Home Stars we contacted National Star Roofing as they seemed to have a best combination of good reviews and other criteria's we were looking at and we did not get disappointed. Sokol contacted us promptly and scheduled an inspection for the same day. Next day we were already filing a claim with insurance company. Inspection report and attached photos were good enough for insurance company to pay the claim without doing their own inspection. They only asked for detailed estimate which Sokol promptly provided. The biggest delay was a wait for an insurance check (we used it to finally decide on color and Sokol was able to help us to settle on color which we still both like ) and once it arrived the team was on the roof. The whole roof (mid sized 2 storey house) was done in a single day (actually they started at 9 am and left just before 5pm). Roof looks beautiful, materials and workmanship were excellent and we could not be happier. Site was left absolutely clean and we know what we are talking about - less then month before our roof was done our direct neighbors changed their as well - and we were finding nails and screws for weeks after that not to mention that all area between houses was covered with loose granules. Overall we would evaluate our experience with National Star Roofing as 10 out of 10 and would definitely recommend them to anybody who wants to have the best roof at a most reasonable cost with least possible troubles

I would recommend them to others.

National Star was reponsive to request for quote, replied to online questions, provided excellent feedback and competitive pricing. When decision made to contract National Star, they reacted to positive weather changes, cleared the roof and started re-roofing the next day. Job was completed in a very timely and complete manner. Job was reviewed, on roof, and National Star delivered more than expected leaving a very pleased customer.

After receiving three offers I decided to use National Star to replace my roof. It was a very good decision. National Star completed the work on time with high quality materials and did some extras that were necessary without increasing the initial quote. Aleks showed me pictures of the roof before and after, with details of the work completed under the shingles, and I am very happy with the quality of work. National Star stands behind their work. It is my impression that, as a family-owned company, National Star is very serious about building a reputation for high quality work and they are not in the business to make a quick profit. We called National Star to look at a leak in our roof. The estimator, Sokol, came out the same day. We decided to have the roof replaced rather than just fix the leak. They did an amazing job and took only 2.5 days to do a very large roof. They are a family business that takes great pride in their work. We couldn't be happier with the result. Our neighbors have been commenting on how nice our house looks now.

National Star Roofing did excellent job on my roof.
I had five very hard working guys at 9AM and at 8PM I ended up having new roof. Same day "in" and "out" was impressing. Next morning business owner Sokol came by, to check if everything was at my satisfaction. I was happy and we completed "papers". It is possible that you might find cheaper contractors out there but fact is that these guys will finish work professionally, quickly and you will get 15 years warranty for that. Conclusion is:"In case I need new roof ever again, I would hire Nationa Star Roofing, again"
