Review: Elite Palace overcharge us on our final billing by $534.60. The invoice called for us to pay a 15% service fee yet they charged us a 18% service fee. We did not know this until our Treasurer audited the invoices. We immediately notified Elite palace on 5/**/14 and submitted to them an invoice for reimbursement. They in turned asked if we could "donate" the money to their maitre d becasue he has a family and is a hard working man. Our response is that we are not their partner and our fundraisng goes to scholarship recipients. We are a non profit organization and feel we are being taken advantage of.

We requested they make a check payable to our organization "[redacted]". We have used this facility for the past 2 years and find their motives to now be dishonarable..Desired Settlement: We desire an immediate refund made payable to our organization for the above amount of $534.60
