Thanks for taking care of this and re-investigating this damageSeveral points I want to re-state:
The damage happened in the hotel during the period of valet parking dutyWe paid for the parking, and your company should be responsible for the damages during the parking
The claim was declined by *** a month ago, and his reason was that he couldn't find any damage on the stall wall where the car was parkedFirst of all, I found the pictures he send were taken on 3/28/2014, not as he claimed on next day of the damage (2/3/2014); Second, the damage could happen anywhere from hotel lobby to the parking spot; Third, the damage on the car is not severeI really doubt this could leave any damage on the walls
