Review: I found an ad on [redacted] for a party rental business called Elite Party Rentals. I called and got a quote for chair rentals for my wedding. I gave my personal information over the phone and received an invoice via e-mail that confirmed that I paid the full amount of 221.50 for 70 chairs as well as delivery, set-up and pick up on 3/29/2014 for my wedding in the [redacted] on 5/25/14. I instructed this company to deliver and set up chairs at 2:30 so that it would be ready before our 3:30 ceremony. My friend [redacted] was the person I designated to meet them at the [redacted] at 2:30. No one showed up. The only phone number they gave me was [redacted]. They did not contact me or [redacted] to inform us that they were having problems or not coming. Today, 5/26/2014 I have still not received an e-mail or phone call about my refund. My husband informed me that they blocked my phone number. When he called on his cell phone a man answered and then wouldn't respond after I said hello. These people are obviously ignoring us and not working to provide us a refund. I have the original invoice as well as map I send them and bank statement with their withdrawal from my checking account. What a terrible thing to do to a bride and groom on their wedding day. I'm so disappointed and am insulted they are not professional enough to talk to us and provide a refund. I believe I have been scammed and despite them having a website they seem like frauds.
