We were initially pleased with the design and installation workHowever, the water feature, part of a $6,project, has been a source of chronic problemsAfter replacing the water pump, several issues arose from a faulty installation of the float valve After his failure to respond we resorted to fixing the problem on our ownIn the process we discovered a leaky pipe resulting in significantly higher water bills and lack of dirt fill around the pond The contractor also failed to follow through on plant replacements and phone calls This is truly a case of buyer beware Product_Or_Service: Landscaping
