I am rejecting this response because:  This letter is absolutely unacceptable and a cop out on the part of this company.  If I am requesting that a business remove my personal information from their mailing list, then it is their responsibility to do as the consumer has asked.  This person has the audacity to tell me I have to take care of this.  As far as the "personal information" is concerned, they have my personal information in the first place!!  I asked them to stop sending me junk mail and catalogs from their company.  It is not rocket science! Take my name and address off your mailing list.  I should not have to do this!  I am the customer and consumer!
