I am rejecting this response because:
I did not receive email or telephone notification of Keller classes ever having startedI also asked for a refund from the first response from the owner saying that I could go to Fort Worth insteadThat is when she stopped communicated with me and I sent more requests for refund still with no responsePlease send my refund so this can be a closed issueI was invoiced $65, all I am asking for is my money back.

We began our fall classes at our Keller location in October. All students parents were notified via email and phone call of the class start date. Also, I am always willing to provide customers with a refund if they are unable to take classes, however I assumed that her student had taken class mid October through mid November as I did not receive any of the refund request emails after classes began. I have also looked in my spam folder and I did not see them there either.
