So *** signed up for a month membership on January 15th that expired 4-15-14, so she in fact contacted me days after her membership had expired, and I told her that she was welcome to come in and utilize the remaining sessions without a membership until they
were goneIt is not in our policy to refund training sessions outside of business days from purchase, especially because we gave her a reduced price for purchasing at a timeThat was in our package agreement, but upon reviewing her agreements I saw that she had never signed that pageSo last week I refunded the remaining sessions at on 5-24-

  So [redacted] signed up for a 3 month membership on January 15th that expired 4-15-14, so she in fact contacted me 15 days after her membership had expired, and I told her that  she was welcome to come in and utilize the remaining sessions without a membership until they...

were gone. It is not in our policy to refund training sessions outside of 3 business days from purchase, especially because we gave her a reduced price for purchasing 12 at a time. That was in our package agreement, but upon reviewing her agreements I saw that she had never signed that page. So last week I refunded the remaining 8 sessions at 224.00 on 5-24-14.
