Customer’s Statement of the Problem: They have not provided any service at allThey were even supposed to cover first few oil changes and covered $of itOne month later the car breaks down and has over $in engine problemsWhich they were rude to the mechanics at Mini of Murray, and said they don’t cover any of it and wouldn’t work with them at allWhich clearly states they do in the contract but they are no helpThey barely answer their phones.DWA Response;First, until his recent call on Saturday the 4th of November we have not spoken to Mr [redacted] since August 2017, (not a month ago)The August call made by Mr [redacted] was for DWA to pay for his oil change at Mini of Murray, We could not verify that Mr [redacted] had paid for a Maintenance agreement so we called Mr [redacted] and he stated he had paid for a Maintenance Agreement So we took Mr [redacted] at his WORD and DWA paid $(Not $10) like the Agreement statesThe next day we confirmed that Mr [redacted] DID NOT purchase the Maintenance Agreement and he was dishonest when he stated he didThen we tried to call Mr [redacted] several times to inform him he had no Policy covering his oil changes and he never answered any of our calls and never returned any messageSo we excepted the fact the he was intentionally dishonest and the $we paid was lost.October 31st at 11:14am we received a call from Mini of Murray stating that Mr [redacted] Mini had a bad timing chain and the vehicle had ignition coils, neither are coveredThe DWA Service Contract is the easiest Service Contract in the industry to understandI clearly states in BIG BOLD lettering what is coveredCovered Components' on a STAR Service Contract are : Engine, Transmission, Air Condition, Transfer Case, Drive Axles, Water Pump, Starter, Alternator, Fuel Pump and Turbo & Fuel Injectors if selected and paid for If a none covered part fails and causes the failure of any covered part, that part is not covered! We believe after receiving the complete diagnosis from Mini of Murray that a Faulty Timing Chain created most if not all the problems the vehicle has or had and the fact that there were two different types of ignition coils (Bosch and Delphi) being used which would create problem with the vehicleMr [redacted] called us on November 4th and used profanity in abundance (Which was recorded) and he has proven to be a dishonest Con-ManHe thinks he can extort a business with the threat of on-line negative comments to get services and or money he never paid forBecause of the type of person MrTimmy [redacted] is, we choose not to do business with him and have refunded him every dime that he paid for the DWA contractWe've help over 2,customer in months of business and are proud to help honest people in need of coverageMr [redacted] is are one and only complaint with any online source

Complaint: ***
I am rejecting this response because: Warranty explained was used to sell the carMentioned everything was coveredThe $was not refunded properlyIt was put towards my car payment which does not runYou can pay the bureau off to keep a fake reputation but refunding me money for a bunk warrant doesn’t help my broken car I wouldn’t have purchased in the first place with out.
Sincerely,
*** ***

According to the laws set forth by the State of Utah and the signed agreement between Mr*** and America First Credit Union ANY funds refunded because of a cancellation of a warranty or service contract must be paid to the Lien HolderMr*** paid $for the Service Contract and asked to cancel His contractTherefore, DWA LLC was legally obligated to send all refunds to America First Credit UnionAmerica First Credit Union received $1,(Full Refund) on 11/06/The Credit Union Called Mr*** stating they received payment. As for the Dealer stating that everything was covered, Mr*** should have read the Legal Service Contract( Document) that he signed and agreed uponAny 5th grader can understand the DWA Service ContractIf Mr*** was or is unable to read, he could have asked for assistanceDoes Mr*** have anything in writing that says everything is covered, in years of being in the Automobile Industry I've never seen such a contract
