Review: Elite plumbing came and cleared a main line stoppage at my house. In the process of digging to locate the main house plumbing clean out they broke a sprinkler line. In discussion with the owner **, he admitted they probably broke the sprinkler line but would not fix it unless I agreed to pay a service charge to have them return to fix the line. This is unacceptable...they broke it so they should fix it...without cost to me (homeowner).Desired Settlement: Have them come and fix the line break without charge.
