I had an emergency at my home that needed immediate attention and Elite Plumbing was kind enough to come out and help me outThey gave me a free estimate which was amazing because I had no idea how much it would cost to repair my leaking pipes and I wasn't in a situation where I could spend money frivolouslyThey were amazing, the two plumbers that came out to my house were really efficient and kind and fixed my leaks without any issuesI would recommend this company to anyone who has plumbing issuesThere are so many plumbers in miami that it is hard to trust just anyone but I definitely give my approval to this company!

I have called to fix my toilet that needed flapper and fill valve, this company sends me a technician Mr *** ? qualifications or certifications but he came to the house and was so rough and grossly manipulating the toilets to the point of breaking whatever he was touching, I needed my toilet fixMr *** was only able to change one flapper and fill valve in one toilet and change another flapper the other toilet He was so hyper and his hands were shakingHe told me will be best not to change the over toilets fill valveI think he did not complete the job cause he did not know what he was doing When he left my elderly mom went to use the toilet only to have the water running continuouslyCalled and spoke to Ms *** and indicated will try to send the technicianMade a request to send another technician this one came approx hours later due to being a Friday afternoon in Miami with my water tank running continuously He came and fixed the problem
So I contacted the company to request some credit for poor serviceI spoke to Mr *** he stated to me
"How much credit do you want"
After I requested some credit he was unprofessional and had no concern or care about my time that I had to wait on a Friday afternoon, no concern that a simple job as to change a flapper has caused me the irritation, and the water running for that time He showed no concerned and did not care He stated "I am trying to take advantage of his business"
I am very disappointed about the servicesI am not trying to take advantage of anyone I am simply asking for some consideration and a more professional person than Mr***
I believe that the technician they sent me had no qualifications nor any experience for that matter
The owner needs to address this issues and not to live to Mr *** whom does not have any concern about keeping the Elite Plumbing Septic & Sewer Inc Co reputation for that matter
Do not hire them they over charge and sends a technician NOT QUALIFIED TO DO A SIMPLE JOB (change the flapper)
