We called Elite Ponds when our backyard waterfall pond needed attention The following day, service manager Gavin and his assistant John came out, checked the working elements, and did a thorough power-washed cleaningThey were friendly, knowledgeable and efficientIt was clear that they know what they are doing and take pride in the work We will use them again, and highly recommend the company
