I am rejecting this response because:The company failed to have all aspects of the electrical up and ready for the electrician...that was not done....The bonding of the equipment was to be done by the Pool Company...that was not completed or done properlyA second agreement was reached and signed by the VP of Operations to fix what was destroyed by them in regards to the landscape and it had a time restriction date and if that was not meet then I would complete the agreement and deduct those costs from the add on which was the ADA LiftThe pool company was given the option of not putting in the lift and reduce the final cost...the pool company did not agree to that and continued with the Lift after agreeing to work with me, the customer, to make paymentsThe VP of Operations agreed to resod the areas they destroyed but grossly underestimated the amount needed then told me that he had super seed that would growThe local landscaper who is a person living in the community informed me that NO seed would grow due to the type of grass growingThe pool owner then told ALL workers not to return to my property and that her lawyer would be in contact with meIt took to weeks before anything was done and I am still waiting for signed contracts from the lawyer concerning our agreementContract was signed on Nov 10th with prelim contract agreed on Nov 4thAll pre work was to be completed by Jan 26th....It was not even started till Feb and construction started in MarchVery little communication from Elite Pools and a very bad attitude from VP of Operations and ownershipI tried ,on different occasions , to resolve matter with owner...."MY LAWYER WILL BE DEALING WITH YOU" WAS HER RESPONSEI HAVE ALL EMAILS FROM AGREEMENTS, APOLOGIES AND SUCHThe agreement signed by the owner's VP of Operations was told to me by the owner that it was invalid because he was not an ownerI did the agreement because of the constant inability of the pool company to finish the job in a timely mannerThe whole reason for the pool was that my wife who is disabled with MS, lost the use of her legs following a broken hipThis pool was to offer a better quality of life and help with her being able to walk againThe second contract signed was to make sure NO more delays would happen and that everything would be done properly and in a timely manner, thus the time restrictions written into the contract and signed and agreed to by the VP of OperationNatalee *** is completely erroneous and not truthfulShe is the one bring her lawyer in and not wanting to resolve this matterI have had the electrical finished with the electrical company fixing all the mistakes done by the pool companyPictures were taken and the job completedThe landscape was also finishedThe lift which was not working properly has now been addressed by myself the the lift company.....all funds to complete the job are to be deducted from the final cost of the liftNatalee *** and I could have resolved this matter but she is new to ownership and was very accusatory and would not budge as she thought her worker's signature was not validThe VP of Operations signed the contract and waited to the very last day to try and complete the jobWhen I asked him why he waited he emailed me with his excuse that "his mo is to wait till the last moment on everythingIt is what it is"To say the least I was very disappointed and cannot recommend this company to anyoneAs stated,my wife has priorities over everyone and everythingIn Nov when I was told that everything would be done before I close on the property and it wasn't I knew there where gonna be problemsUnfortunately,I had already given them over $and did not want to lose thatThanks

Swimming pool was completed and updates were given to the customer during the pool build process....
Unexpected Death of the owner of the company did have some hold up and the construction of the pool.
Electrical work was not included in the contract and it states customer is responsible for electrical. Our company is to run the lines and temporarily hooks up the electrical until the certified electrician completes the final hook up. As agreed not per original contract, new sod was installed where ground dirt was not removed and was graded. We have before and after photos of the sod. We stopped the repair of the ADA lift After being told by owner he was not paying full payment for the ADA lift that was installed and was going to deduct what it cost him for electrical final hook up, which as per contract owner is responsible for. Owner also stated he was going to deduct what is cost to have a landscaper come in and install more sod. There is nothing in writing stating we were to haul away fill. However, since owner stated he mentioned it to the sales man although customer signed the agreement that states haul away fill NO. The Operations Manager went ahead and asked owner if he purchased 1 pallet of sod and our company purchased 1 pallet of sod and we provided installation if he would approve of that. Customer agreed and that was completed. We have received many emails from this Customer stating he was getting legal counsel and not paying. We feel we have been very reasonable with the customer and tolerant of his derogatory remarks of the company and individuals. To complete this project and warranty the products payment must be made in full. Our Company has been advised to let our attorney handle the complaint so that both parties will come to an agreement and a final outcome.
