Contacted this company in May 2014 by phone and email to book condo rental as listed on ***. Deposit made at that time and final payment made July 2014. No contact from company, unable to reach via email or phone prior to departure in January 2015. Contacted State of Hawaii, Consumer Affairs ( [redacted] ), their office has at least 5 ongoing complaints regarding this company and was instructed to file complaint. Contacted West Island Board of Realtors, awaiting response. Contacted CSA Travel Protection and Insurance Services as policy purchased with rental agreement. Was told that fraud is not covered by policy, only cancellation.

EPMS did make contact via email on August 19th, promising to make payments to us on the 25th of every month until the balance is paid in full. We have only received one payment of $629.65 on August 26, leaving a balance due of $6,000.00 We have not received any further payment since that time and have had no further correspondence with EPMS.
We have already filed a complaint with DCCA, but have had no response from them other than the acknowledgement of our complaint.
I wish no ill will towards the owners of EPMS, but at the same time, do not wish them to continue to get an A Rating from the Revdex.com. I hope getting a drastically lower rating from you will prevent others from being ripped off from this company as I have.

We booked a vacation condo in May 2014 for a December 2014 trip and put down a deposit. 45 days before our trip, we were to pay the balance due. Have not been able to contact these folks, either by phone or email. We are set to leave for our trip in 3 weeks. Have had to rebook another condo with another party. Looks like these folks are out of business.
