BEWARE!!!
Think twice before allowing this company to manage your HOA property.
They have illegally OVER STEPPED THEIR BOUNDARIES countless times in my neighborhood with threats of inflicting unwarranted fines and even threats of coming to your property IN WHICH YOU OWN and dismantling or tearing down things such as flags, political banners, etc that DO NOT GO AGAINST OUR HOA COVENANT or BYLAWS.
This company is a walking lawsuit waiting to happen!
I didn’t want to give this company even one star. Unfortunately I had to in order to post my review.

On November 13, 2016, we sent a full refund to the consumer

The terms of the Lease state that the property is accepted in the condition and the ***’ agent was advised as all clients are any improvements or alterations need to be in writing and approved before the lease is signedA copy of the signed lease is attachedThe owners themselves inspected the home prior to the new tenants moving inThe [redacted] were present in home when accepting the keys and did not mention any of these demands prior to receiving the keys, only afterThe [redacted] were offered full refund of deposit and first month’s rent and told they do not have to rent the home if they were not happy with the condition, however the [redacted] refused the refund insisted that they wanted the propertyCall was receive from the agent representing [redacted] the afternoon of July 4th asking me to show the home again to the [redacted] because she was unavailableI was also unavailable at that timeI was unaware the [redacted] wanted to see the home on July 1st, 2nd, or 3rd of July

The owners of the property inspected the home prior to the [redacted] moving in and approved the way the home looked and did not want anything further done with the propertyThe property had maid service and carpets cleaned when the last tenant moved outThe last tenant did not complain about an air conditioning problem and when notified about the A/C not cooling adequately a service man was sent out right awayAgain the [redacted] were given the opportunity to not move in to the home and receive a full refund of all monies paid but they refused

I am rejecting this response because: they delayed this for days. They are hiding behind the as is statement. When my wife arrived to take the keys to the property and asked that he wait for me to arrive. At first he did not want to wait, but then did. He agreed to clean and touch up paint prior to us moving in even though he claims this is as is. He assured us this would be done prior to us moving in. Now the AC does not work . He is nothing but a slum lord. I am now having to deal with the owner of the property to deal with these issues.He was in such a hurry to leave at the inspection that he did not even walk thru with us.
