I definitely agree with the previous review 100%. I am guessing just from the info provided that they are speaking about the same building as we are residing in. We purchased our condo 2016 and the communication with Elite has been seriously lacking in tardiness to return calls, compassion for concerns, and results in no resolution. Tim continuously argues, and never takes accountability for any issues, and never helps to find solutions for the issues at hand. This condo does not have any security cameras, our storage has been broken into several times, by someone we feel resides in the building, and has the knack to pick locks. Have brought up the suggestion we require security cameras installed instead of spending money on a top of the line lock, and he frankly just said that won' t help any criminal activity and the resolution of cameras will not catch any of the perpetrators. WOW! I sincerely cannot wait to sell! The board of directors really need to review our history, and look for more responsible property managers. Poor communication and customer service is not what we pay them for! Run if you can!!
Dear Brenda/Cindy; I am sorry to hear this, I can tell you from expereince that you can put cameras up and unless you can reconize who the person is or if the police can reconize the person there is not a lot anyone can do to stop this activity. We have run into similiar situations at other buildings and have had cameras installed and even with a clear picture of the person that is breaking in the police have not been able to identify the person. It's kind of sad that more can't been done to prevent these kinds of things. The other issue is the condominium doesn't have any money at this time to put a camera system in. A cheap camera system would still run at least $2,000+ installed, a good system installed would run around $8,000 which the condominium does not have funds for at his time.

I don't know if you sit on the board or not but we do answer to the board of directors, these are things we don't take lightly. if you would like to make a formal request for a camera system to be put in, please just send me a written request and I will make sure that the board of directors receives a copy so they can deal with your requests. Unfortunately we do not have the power to just go ahead and do this with out the boards permission providing there is enough funds to complete this task.
