They have a great staff with amazing communication skills. Every time I need something I feel so welcomed, because they are very patient. Repairs process has definitely approved. Very youthful and professional staff all around. Would recommend to anyone looking for a property manager and any construction work.

Worth every cent! Very helpful and willing to assist with anything necessary. As professional as they come, and communication was next level! 100% Recommend!

My experience with this company is horrible. Wish I can put 0 stars!!! I do NOT recommend anyone to buy or rent with them. They show that they don't care about nothing but themselves & they are money hungry!!! Took my deposit & came up with bogus prices to give us a small amount

I've been a tenant for 4 months, and have reported issued with my filthy carpet from Day 1. Never had a walk thru, and was told I had to pay myself.
As it pertains to maintenance issues, I've been waiting for months only to have a lackluster repair jobs on the most minor issues.

When I moved into my unit, Day 1 my carpet was filthy! We were promised a walk-thru...4 months later we have yet to receive one. Both my husband and I have reached out to Elite Realty for repairs to the kitchen floor, bleach spot, and FILTHY carpet. We were told that they would get the issues repaired. 4 months later and 3 repair men visits, the only thing that was fixed is the bleach spot, we were promised that the entire carpet would be cleaned, as well as the buckled kitchen floor. As on today, 5/22/2019 we were told that WE would be responsible for cleaning the carpets, after months of correspondence.

The representative told us that we moved in and have to accept the property AS IS. This IS NOT in our lease agreement and was never explained to us, nor was it explained to us in any of our 4 month correspondence with them concerning these issues.

Again, we were promised an initial walk through, and never received one. Our grass hasn't been cut in 3 weeks. Only false promises from maintenance and property management to get these issues taken care of.

We also reported a GIANT spray painted D on the side of our "home". We were told that they would paint over it. Take a wild guess...they never came to fix it.

Lastly, but certainly not least...they are selling the property we live in and have random pop ups several times per week! From potential buyers and inspectors etc. No warning! Usually just random pop ups.

Desired Outcome

I would like for ALL issues to be fixed, as they were damaged before our occupancy. The laminate kitchen floors need to be laid properly, and not buckled up in from of the stove. This is extremely embarrassing, and we deserve better as tenants paying nearly $1,000 monthly for this unit. If this issue isn't resolved before my husband and I pay out of pocket to get the carpets fully cleaned, I expect a refund.

Thank you for the information you have provided. After further investigation, we do have a signed Move In Inspection signed on February 23rd 2019 by you and our the inspector. It discloses on the inspection form where tenant acknowledges the existing damages. Please note that we do rent properties as-is. We are definitely wanting to get the issues addressed for you. We will contact you directly for scheduling. I have received confirmation that the carpet was cleaned on last week for you.
We do understand the position you are in in regards to the sale of the property but it is the owner's right to sell the property at any time during the lease term. We do understand it can be frustrating but we try our best to accommodate around what works best for you in regards to either showings or inspectors coming out. Whenever an agent/inspector needs to come out, we email within 24 hours notice, per the lease agreement of the set appointment. We hope to come to a resolution to your issues and we will try our best to make them top priority.

This letter is to inform you that the above named company has treated me unfairly.
I contacted the agent Calvin G regarding a rental property that I was interested in *** McDonough Ga 30253. Prior to my interest in said property I also had other interest in other properties that I hadn't heard back from.

Calvin called to inform me of another applicant that was interested in the same property and therefore I needed to make a payment of first month rent. In fear of losing my opportunity to rent the property, I went into the office and signed a lease and paid the first months rent of $1,800. However the next afternoon I heard back from the agent of a property that the owner would allow me to do a lease purchase. My best interest would be to go this route instead of the rental property. I immediately contacted Elite Realty Group to inform them of my decision and that I'd like to rescind my offer and ask for my first month rent back. Being that 24 hours hadn't passed and the company still needed my security deposit of $1,800, last months rent of $1,800, and the administration fee of $110 totaling $5510. The company informed me that they wouldn't be releasing my $1,800 back to me. This was very disappointing to me and I feel they were very unethical and a shady practice, that took advantage of me not being represented by an agent. Not to mention I just had a newborn and every penny counts. $1,800 would be a very significant loss to me, especially the way that it was withheld from me. I hadn't taken possession of the home and I'd like to get my funds back.

Desired Outcome

Refund I'd Like the company to promptly give me a refund of the $1,800, that should've been given back to me without my complaint.

We apologize if we caused any frustration and we are dedicated to constantly improving our customer service methods.

This issue has since been resolved with the Georgia Real Estate Commission and closed. Inspector, ***, found that Elite Realty Group made no errors and followed the real estate guidelines. As a property management company, we are to follow the terms of the lease agreements in which tenants have signed. We also must respect the Fair Housing Laws of the State of Georgia; therefore, we are unable to offer special privileges to one and not all. The case #*** was closed in August 2018 after a full month being audited by GREC.

The tenant, Ms., signed a lease agreement and paid first month's rent. She then terminated the contact the day after signing. The contract stipulates that if tenant pre-pays rents and/or security deposit and fails to take possession of the property, all prepaid payments will automatically forfeited and paid to the owner and broker for loss of rent and other expenses without any prior written notification. At lease signing, we reviewed in detail the lease agreement and the tenant initial the bottom of the special stipulations page 11, as a statement that the page was reviewed. Even if the tenant is not represented by an agent, we still pride ourselves with caring for the customer and building a long term relationship.

I *** would like to rescind my recent complaint ID. What the company said in its response is true. The case has been gone over by the real estate commission. They did in fact close my case. I did sign the addendum that stated my deposit would not be given back and the company did in fact explain it to me thoroughly. I don't want to ruin the companies reputation and they were never rude to me in any way and did help me find a rental property I was happy with. Another opportunity presented itself and I took it despite knowing I wouldn't get my funds back. No fault to the company. So my complaint is unfair to the company.

I have not had a properly working refrigerator in my unit for a little over two months. I have expressed these concerns with my case manager, Ms Tiana S multiple times. She stated that every appliance that needs purchasing is approved by the owner, Calvin Gleaton. Ms. Tiana has not returned any emails in reference to my refrigerator or sent over a copy of my lease, as requested multiple times. I have also sent over videos of my none working refrigerator.

Now its to a point where I'm not able to store any items in my freezer and is forced to eat out at restaurants because food does not freeze properly. I've also lost lots of food and perishable items for dining because of the improper working refrigerator. I refuse to have me or my children sick at the expense of my leasing agency. Someone came out the week of April 23rd and "repaired" the issue, but two days later, the issue reoccured.

Saturday, May 5th, I came in to pay rent and to report the refrigerator again, I asked for a copy of the maintenance order, and the young lady refused stating that I couldn't have that form because it has information that I can't have. I said that was fine, but what could I have to state that I filed out a maintenance order today, May 5th? She then scrambled to find a form that had where I could fill in information pertaining to a maintenance order. (It was a form pertaining to maintenance repairs for their employees to fill out for issues for residence)I filled it out and asked if she could sign it. (There was space at the bottom to sign) She refused. Then she made a copy of the form I filled out and gave me the copied form without signing it. Then Ms. Tiana came from the back(didn't know she was there), I asked if she could sign it and she refused as well and walked away. Then the young lady in the front finally initialed it and stopped talking to me immediately and started engaging with the gentleman behind me instead of further assisting me. I became confused without an explanation and left the building. Literally, 10 minutes after I left the office I receive a letter via email, stating that the owner has decided to terminate my lease and I have 60 days to vacate the property.
I believe this matter is completely unprofessional and is in retaliation of me asking for things I have a legal right to have. Now I have been completely inconvenience to move within 60 days, only because I wanted a copy of the my maintenance order.
Since my complaint, the refrigerator has been replaced 3 weeks later(week of May 20th), but I am still being forced out of this home, where my two kids and myself resides. This isn't my only complaint, it's just the only one that happens to get me kicked out by Elite Realty property. I have never been late for my rent or abused any property rules. Yet a loyal renter is being uprooted for their rental. Also I have yet to speak with the owner about this issue of me recieving a 60 day notice to vacate.

Afternoon Ms., We sincerely apologize if we in any way caused any frustration. All associated at Elite Realty Group, LLC are dedicated to improving our customer service methods. Ms. S was only trying to explain the terms of the lease agreement as well as the terms of reporting a maintenance concern. This information sometimes may seem harsh and impersonal when dealing with contractual obligations. As a management company we are bound by the terms of the lease agreements in which tenants have signed. We also must respect the Fair Housing Laws of the State of Georgia; therefore, we are unable to offer special privileges to one and not all.
The maintenance concern was brought to out attention, the owner of the property you reside in was notified and a vendor was scheduled. The Broker of the office even provided suggestions to eliminate the issues. Ultimately, there was a difference of opinion as to how the issue should have been remedied. The notice was ultimately served due to a combination of previous issues. Elite Realty Group, LLC., is management company that is prided on serving its clients with the exemplary customer service.

Whole staff is very helpful and knowledgeable! Their credit program does wonders!!! I love the idea of no upfront app fee to apply.. saved a lot of money with this.. I didn't have any hidden fees.. all fees were given when I called..If you want a company who will work with you no matter your credit score or money troubles please work with them.. People complaining that their deposits were taken are the ones who left their home in absolute mess!! THANKS ELITE FOR MY FINANCIAL FREEDOMMMM!!

Be careful renting any duplexes from Keri T. I rented for 3 years and never was late on my rent. $1,025 deposit was handed and nothing was returned to me! We worked over 2 days and I took off work to leave the place in good conditon. We spent well over $300, in cleaning products, replacing blinds, remote for garage, and knobs and we got NOTHING back. I am truly disappointed by Keri and the OAKS FELLOWSHIP CHURCH who represent the duplexes they rent. I've not heard nothing back and it's coming up to 2 months. We have a history of renting more then 8 properties and WE HAVE ALWAYS RECIEVED OUR DEPOSIT IN A TIMELY MANNER. BEWARE DO NOT RENT FROM ELITE REALTY GROUP. Stay away! You will thank me.

I was referred to them by a friend and they literally gave me the run arounds on more than one occasion. I applied initially for a property in Riverdale and my application was accepted. Once I was notified about the acceptance I was then informed of all these additional fees that were not disclosed in the beginning. My husband and I decided to decline. A year later we came across a property we were interested in. The property was managed by Elite. We reached out and Tessa was such a hug help. We were told that it was a first come first serve situation once your application was approved. However, everytime we found a property we liked we were always told someone was coming in to put a deposit on it even if we were standing in the office with the money order. During the course of our house hunt my husband and I had an emergency with one of our children and had to return to Washinhton, Dc for treatments. Once things were resolved we resumed house hunting and again we came across a few of Elite properties. Once again we submitted an application. It was really wierd this time around because everytime I called I was passed around the office. When I would try to schedule viewings like previously, I was told that I had to schedule viewings with the owner Calvin G. Previously I was able to send a copy of my ID and they would supply me with the lockbox code. Once again I would schedule viewings and no one would show or answer. I would select homes and they would already have an approved applicant. Which was also confusing because I could barely get my application approve and my husband and I made sure we submitted all required documents but it seemed as if everyone else was being helped. Finally Mr. G just stopped answering my calls and Valentina stopped responding to my emails. Very Very Unprofessional!!!!!

My experience with Elite has been excellent. They are a very professional group. Tessa and Cynthia were very helpful in getting my documents to me and making sure I was happy with my listing and marketing material. Thank you for the amazing service!
