Review: My car was serviced at Elite Repair Shop. When I received my car back, parts were missing from the front grill of my car. The manager, Enrique, said he would replace everything that was found missing on the car. After three weeks of running back and forth to his shop, he has not replaced the part.I would like Elite Repair Shop to pay me for the part if he cannot obtain it and put it back on the car.Desired Settlement: Either obtain the part and replace it on the car or refund me the money for the part.
