Revdex.com:
This customer signed a contract and was advised that work would begin when I received the initial paymentThat payment was not received for one and a half months as they were out of town and scrambling to get their funds together, which was not 75%Once work began,
they kept changing their minds in regards to many upgrade features that were not on the contractI require all upgrades to be paid in full before work begins and let them knowThey then would advise me to remove certain things from the contract i.epainting to allow for budget of upgradesI let them know that that would still not cover upgrade costs to which they assured me I would receive paymentPayment would be delayed and then not received at all...They came here from out of town attempting to do work themselves, which was very shoddy and then I had to redo their work because they realized they did not have the skills to do this workYet, they did not want to pay for the services as they advised they had no more fundsAt that time, I am owed a substantial amount of money and I halted the project and moved my crew to another project while they get their funds in orderI have many emails to reflect this as well as proof of nonpaymentI am going to have to take them to court to receive the monies still owed to meThey decided to purchase two homes for quick resale and did not have the funds to keep the project goingI will forward you the communication to this effectI would like this review removed from my Revdex.com as I am an honest company doing honest work, yet I do not work for free

Good Morning ***
We apologize for the delay in getting funds to youWe deposited a check yesterday (9/**) and typically they will hold a large
check for up to days -- but *** bank told us that we may ask for a special release of money on Monday
Then I can send it to you Monday via "*** Quick Pay" online-- don't know if you are familiar with it, but kind of works like a private *** "paypal "
type transfer -- I don't need your account number, just name and email I hope you are okay with that -- its the best we can do
Thank you --

To address several of these issues: please again refer to my prior email regarding monies still owed to satisfy the upgrades you requested.
The reason the project was halted was due to monies still owed on the upgrades and contract as you were informedAll upgrades must be paid in full and the funds allowed for the contract must be up to dateNumerous emails were sent regarding.
If you have questions regarding the contract lets conference to get on the same page.
I have not yet received the monies owed for the contract which states 85% not including upgradesYou removed items off the contracts and only paid 85% of removal priceMost of the upgrades, which are due up front, have not as of yet been satisfied
We look forward to finishing the project when payment is received, as is my companies policyPlease send me receipt of all payments made so that we can conference and reconcile them to the contract and upgrades
Kind Regards,

Revdex.com:
The owners contract reflected a simple remodelWhen we began work it was clear the home needed complete restoration to place it up to codeShe however, did and does not want to pay for thatI informed her I was unable to cover up work that would not pass inspection
She then began to ask my labor workers and crew to directly work with her and save moneyI am ok with that, however, I advised her that I would not warranty or do this through Elite Restorations company as I knew the home was no longer a simple remodel and many problems would arise doing patch up workIn remodeling the home, not on the contract, I ended up having to demo all the exterior walls, sheetrock and insulation due to extensive termite damage to which I was not informed ofI advised her of this and she refused to payThen proceeded to attempt to hire my crew directly to cut corners and save costAt this time I am unable to proceed as this work needed is more than she is willing to pay and work done has exceeded the contractI agreed to complete all the exterior which was not on contract i.eall new sheetrock, exterminate, new insulation, new attic and door, all new plumbing, all new windows which has been completedTherefore, she was informed she would need to pay for remaining itemsShe has requested custom cabinets, doors etc which was not on the contract and she attempted again, to hire my crew directly...which they refusedI have gone above and beyond this contract and can not continue further without payment and upgrades being paid in full

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  It has been over one year since we paid Elite Restorations $4,212 for work which was never started. We do not need to discuss this complaint further with the business, they simply need to refund the money.
