Dear ELITE Rewards:
On June 3, 2019 we responded to your offer to help us exit our Ownership of a Timeshare contract wit
Wyndham Timeshare by paying you a fee of $3644.75.
Since then we have requested of you several times a written reply to inform us of the status of your
efforts, the most recent being May 11, 2020.
None of those requests have been answered. Therefore, we must give up on you and demand that you
immediately return our money, the full amount of $3,644.75.

We have not received payments for points they sold for us.
We signed a contract with them in 2019 to sell 75,000 are timeshare points. They have sold all our points but have not paid us. Everytime We inquire we get an excuse. They did not tell us up front that they pay quarterly. We should have recieved payment the first week of April 2020. They also did not tell us how much we would receive for each allotment of points they had sold. Our timeshare people called them the first part of May and we're told we would receive a check in 2 weeks. It is the end of May and we have received nothing.

Desired Outcome

I would like to get paid.

We enrolled and signed a timeshare points agreement in exchange for cash and they have not followed the terms of their agreement.
We enrolled in Elite Rewards on 2/7/19 for a one time cost of $5995.00 that was paid directly from my bank account. We did not receive our points agreement until 5/12/19 to allocate 36,000 points (12 weeks) at a reimbursement of $1400 per week for a total of $16,800. I tried to contact Elite Rewards many times and we were told our Club Couselor quit and we would be assigned another one and never was. Every time I call I get a recording saying they are busy with other customers please leave a message and someone will return my call but NO ONE ever calls me back. Nor do they respond to my emails. I finally received a response by email to my email in regards to my points expiring due to my anniversary date and was told that we had been issued a check which we NEVER received, then they said they would cancel the check and combine it with the next quarterly check which we NEVER received. Our Anniversary date was 10/01/19. We finally received a check on 9/27/19 in the amount of $150.00 listed as a courtesy check. I have called and emailed several times since then with no return calls or emails. I was finally able to get someone to answer the phone on 12/3/19 but was placed on hold for 2 hours and 36 minutes and finally I hung up my phone. They have NO customer service. I believe this is a scam! Wish I had done some research on Kyle Brown before I paid $5995.00 to Elite Rewards. Seems this is not his first time around. Case No: 2013-CA-1050-16-K

Desired Outcome

If Elite Rewards is NOT a scam then I expect them to live up to their contract agreement and pay me $16,800-$150.00 Courtesy check-$50 Saved points= $16,600. If you are not going to do that then I want a 100% reimbursment of my $5995 enrollment fee so I can be done with Elite Rewards. You are far worse than my timeshare company!

This company took me for $2995 with a promise to sell my timeshare points and pay me back $8000. They no longer exist at the address given.
Mr. Mike S 844-395-4558-101, contacted me about selling my time share points from *** Resorts, but I would have to put up $2995.00 and they would in turn give me a lifetime contract to sell my *** points whenever I wanted to give them up for resale. They said I could get back close to $8000 for the 27,000 points I would give them along with my $3000. It sounded good, $8000 for $3000. They sent me a contract, which my wife didn't sign although the resort points are in both of our names. The forms were emailed to me. I was shocked when the form to send back to them had a big "VOID" across the top. I sent back the other forms, and called them a couple months later asking why nothing has been sent to me (Financially speaking). They said I didn't fill out the top form. (The one that said VOID). At that time I put in a complaint with my *** Card Company to stop payments because I thought the company might be fraudulent. *** put a temporary stop to my payments until they checked into the case. Case Number with *** is:***. I received a letter from *** on November 4, 2019 that they were not able to help resolve this problem, and since sent me a payment due on my credit card. I just made a $200.00 payment last week.
*** gave me a Zero percent finance on the $2995 with a 3% up front fee. *** will drop the charges if I can prove the charges are bogus charges.

I tried today to find the company listed at the Florida address while visiting in Florida. There is such an address, but the suite is vacant. (***). When their lease expired, they left town. They also had problems with the leasing company (AFAM Investments Suite ***).

As I previously stated, I will have to mail physical forms in to your office. I am not home.

To have *** drop the payments and reimburse what I paid them already plus the 3% fee. Also to put this company out of business if they still exist. I feel they are going after senior citizens.

Desired Outcome

I would like a complete Refund of my money. Unfortunately, if you or I cannot get ahold of the company, how can they refund anything? It is up to Barclay/Choice Hotels Card to refund my money on fradulant charges from the Elite Rewards LLC company.

Timeshare points, 9600 pts taken, haven't received payment.
We were told if we were a RCI member we could sell back our points in exchange for $$ to help pay for the maintenance fees. RCI membership was to be a one time expense of $2195. We were told it would be $1400 per week, we agreed to 5 weeks. Expecting payment of $7000. So far 3 reservations were booked on our account for 9600, remaining 2700. Today I called Diamond , RCI and Elite Rewards LLC. Diamond doesn't have any third party exchanges. RCI has no account for us. RCI Elite Rewards is a credit card. Contact # for Elite Rewards, 844-***, contract #

Desired Outcome

To receive payment for points used.

Numerous unwanted telephone calls from this business continue after I told them not to call me anymore
I have been getting calls from this business on both my home phone and my cell phone for several weeks. They should not be calling me anyway because both numbers are on the Federal Do Not Call list and I have not done business with this company. They are misleading in their messages pretending to be a timeshare company. I have asked them not to call me, but they continue to do so. Yesterday I got three calls - two at home and one on my cell phone.

Desired Outcome

I want them to stop calling me and to follow the Federal Do Not Call list.

Elite Rewards Response • Nov 19, 2019

In response to your review, anyone who requests to be on the DNC list is put on the DNC list. There are numerous timeshare companies, we are not the only company calling you. We can NOT call a particular number more than once in a day, so any other different numbers are not us. As a non client of ours we cannot do anything else. Not being a client of ours I'm not sure why you wrote a client review, which is false.

Customer Response • Nov 20, 2019

(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
Indeed, I am NOT a client of yours which is why you should not be calling me in the first place. The calls that I have received result in messages left by different people, but involving the same phone number. Your employees did NOT correctly identify themselves and which company they represent but stated that they are from "owner services" calling about my timeshare, implying that they are with the timeshare company that I DO deal with. I had to do some research to find your actual company name. All I'm asking is that you are honest about who you are and to follow the rules of the DNC list.

Elite Rewards Response • Nov 20, 2019

Hello. I'm not seeing you in our system as we do abide by the DNC. As you are not a client, we cannot do anything else. This is only for client review. If you have any other questions it would be best you call in.
