I am rejecting this response because: No where in the contract is this stated I absolutely reject this response I encourage you to show me where in the contract this is statedAs it stands now *** and [redacted] , you owe us $for legal fees incurred because of your illegal activity We have followed up with the police and State Licensing Board and we intend to cooperate fully and make sure you will not do this to others Regards, [redacted]

I am rejecting this response because: We have a subpoena to go to court because Elite did not pay the sub-contractor Our court date is on September 25th in El Dorado County [redacted] and [redacted] HAVE NOT paid the sub-contractor as of today Because Elite did NOT pay for their part, after we paid them in full, we again have been summoned, as well as [redacted] and [redacted] to appear in court because Elite did not pay the sub-contractor they hired for our job We were completely unaware that they hired outside their company We were led to believe they would do the work I have emails from [redacted] , stating he was on his way over to finish painting the fascia and trim boards in order for us to get final approval on our permit He never showed and I DID IN FACT FINISH THE PAINTING [redacted] and his crew went to my home earlier that week to "finish" but did not Again, I have e-mails that I can send to corroborate my story Had I not painted the trim and fascia myself, the final permit would not have been signed off I have also have proof that the final was signed and I WAS PRESENT FOR IT We have reached out to [redacted] and [redacted] many, many times as of late and they DO NOT get back to us As we understand this company, they are not licensed and bonded Our next step is to file a police report, as they have stolen our money and now we are forced to go to court to clean up what they created We hired this company to re-roof our home in good faith and again, we are now forced to go to court We have had to hire and pay for an attorney because of [redacted] and [redacted]

This is a claim! All monies owed were paid to contractor once we received verification the contractor paid the material bill as there were other jobs that same contractor failed to pay the material company [redacted] did not have to go paint the trim herself, we did that work and have pictures to prove that we did the work that the other contractor failed to perform!

Per contract elite construction was not to be paid until final inspection was signed off by South lake Tahoe inspectorThe permit was not finalized until July so any law suite is invalid and we are not responsible for their disputes
