Directv offers a year price guarantee, our sales representatives inform all customers about this promotion, how ever in order for customers to qualify for the promotion they need to bundle DIRECTV service with an AT&T service such as Internet, Home Phone, or Cell Phone ServiceWhen Mr***

I am rejecting this response because: I have not hired an attorney yetI'm willing to resolve this if Mr*** would just put it in writingI had to speak to *** not by choice but because he called meI was trying to speak to *** *** but it seems she was always out, never available, or was there but just leftThose were the usual answers I would getIt seems to me that Elite Satellite Services really does not want to make an offer on here to resolve the issue because It would be a written one and then they would be obligated to fulfill itThat's the reason I do not want to do it by phoneI'm willing to take the offer Mr*** told me on the phone he would pay the Directv billIf he does not want to pay it in full then I will take his first offer of $every month till the contract is up (years)If any other response is given at this time that he does not want to follow through with his offer then this will be my last response

I do have a bundled account. It is okay. I have contacted direct tv directly and have worked out what was originally promised. Will never do business with this direct tv representative again.

Customer was then contacted Early Tuesday(1/17/17) Morning to inform him the shipment came in and to compensate for the inconvenience we would provide the customer the satellite at no cost to him, Mr. [redacted] how ever declined the offer and stated he has already changed providers.

Due to DIRECTV policy we cannot pay any termination fees for customers. [redacted] was not the sales representative for this customer, due to the fact that the customer did not was to speak to the sales representative and wanted to speak to some one above  [redacted] contacted the customer. At this time since the customer contacted her attorney we have been advised by our legal advisor we can only speak to her attorney from this point on.

Our bussiness is open 7 days a week from 10 am to 5pm. The customer did not inform our bussiness of cancellation 24 ours prior to the install date, how ever out of courtesy to the customer the $175 was not charged or billed.
