Hello,We contacted the customer [redacted] in regards to this matter and have explained to him it does take a one to two billing cycles for the AT&T services to be installed, we assured the customer his order was prossesed properly and he will be receiving the rates he was promised.The customer is over all satisfied with the resolution and has agreed to keep the service.Thank You,Elite Satellite Services
When the customer signed up for DIRECTV services she signed an agreement stating she needed to contact our office hours prior to the installation date if she wanted to cancel the appointment, the customer failed to contact our office prior to the installation date and cancelled when our technician was at the door, our office is open days a week between the hours of 9am-5pm, we had no missed calls or voice mails from Mrs [redacted] The charge for $will be refunded to the customer how ever the $will not since she did sign the authorization
The customer [redacted] was informed the satellite he requested was back ordered there for it would take a while for us to order it since the ware house was out of stock, Mr. [redacted] agreed to wait for the ware house to restock. On Friday 1/13/17 we received the order and the customer was... contacted how ever we got no answer. Customer was then contacted Early Tuesday(1/17/17) Morning to inform him the shipment came in and to compensate for the inconvenience we would provide the customer the satellite at no cost to him, Mr. [redacted] how ever declined the offer and stated he has already changed providers.
Due to DIRECTV policy we cannot pay any termination fees for customers [redacted] was not the sales representative for this customer, due to the fact that the customer did not was to speak to the sales representative and wanted to speak to some one above [redacted] contacted the customerAt this time since the customer contacted her attorney we have been advised by our legal advisor we can only speak to her attorney from this point on
