waiting area while she got her hair done. She letus know that she could take the kids to a sitter and return later that day to get her hair done. Wescheduled her to come back that day at 4 o'clock. She left with no sign of anger. Since then has calledour school threatening to report us, posting complaints on social media, and has said that we"discriminate against children". We are a family owned business and we also do children's hair. There isno sign in our building that says you cannot bring your child. Our school is busy and full with no childcare. A person getting their hair done with three toddlers accompanying them is not safe and should notbe on our clinic floor. We have chemicals, hot tools, shears, etc. Common sense would dictate thatthree very small children shall not be left alone in a business waiting area as well. I am not sure what thisclient is looking to obtain since she was charged nothing. She has told us that she will not return andthat is fine.
