Review: Son went to Life [redacted] on 1/16/2016. We live 3 hours north of Miami. The event entrances were controlled by Elite Services staff. On his way in they confiscated his backpack (which contained a [redacted] camera + accessories, a couple of charging cables, and a portable phone boosting charger, and almost my truck keys). They told him he could pick it up on his way out. On his way out, those same people told him they threw all his stuff away. When he complained and wanted to go back inside to speak with someone who might be able to help, they threatened to call police on him. If he had left my truck keys in the back pack he would've been stuck in Miami. Why would they tell him he could get it on his way out then throw it away. If they had told him in advance he surely would not have left it with them. I've contacted Elite Services through their website and even tracked down the Miami Manager, both within 1-2 days of the event, but nobody has bothered to even reply. The [redacted] was brand new, as were the accessories, charging cables are not cheap, power booster had only been used once, and backpack was even a relatively expensive Jansport. Your team threw away at least $300 worth of my son's personal property.Desired Settlement: I would like to hear an explanation for why their people did this (I absolutely think it is an outright lie that they "threw them away") and I want all of the items replaced.

Review: Attended a concert where Elite was working. I took a break from sitting during an opening act, by standing in the lobby. That is where the fun began. Two elite security guards approached me and said someone complained about me "wobbling". Humm. Should they have double checked to make sure I was the right person? Yes, they did not. I may have been shaking my leg due to sciatica, but they did not asked. Must say I was totally caught off guard. They left me alone and I leaned up against a post to continue killing time. 45 seconds later, here they came again, this time they politely said, "sir, you are either going to have to return to your set or we are going to ask you to leave". Well, here I go, back to my seat to endure the pain. Elite should have a breathalyzer and/or ask for agility test if there is any suspicion. These goobers are not "drug/substance recognition experts" or DREs. (I had just split an alcoholic drink with my wife, was completely sober.) This is unmistakenably an act of INCOMPETENCE; someone would have to be a fool to draw the conclusions they did! What if someone has diabetes? What about Parkensens? What about Multiple Sclerosis? Elite is on track to whisk some of you out of a concert without verification. Good luck with them.Desired Settlement: Refund the $160. I paid to attend the concert with my wife.

Review: I spent $180 on a ticket into the pit for [redacted] at Sleep Train Amphitheatre on Friday, October 16th, 2015. In other words, no assigned seats surrounding the stage with jealous girls trying to claim their territory. I literally had the worst night ever. I was there with 15 other friends for my co-workers 50th birthday. I had just gotten a brand new hat to wear to the concert. Some crazy chick got escorted out by security for pushing people & causing a scene. She then grabbed my hat & launched it into the crowd. I never got it back despite complaining to numerous people from the "elite group" AKA Security. They made zero effort to help me. I even told one of the guys from Elite that I saw a girl wearing my same hat. He stood there & said, "why don't you go ask her where she got it?" Really? After all the drama that I just explained to him, that's the response. How about you come with me & we confront her together? I'm not getting beat up, I've already paid $180 to get pushed around by random people. I'll never go back to this concert venue again. The whole vibe of the concert was ruined because of psycho people & no protection from Elite.Desired Settlement: The LEAST Elite can do is reimburse me for my hat. I have the invoice & the tags are still on top of my dresser. I'm sure whoever got my hat in the crowd thought that the venue was giving it away, it was BRAND NEW!
