Response:

based on the on the complaint made by [redacted] we want to make clear that a certificate requires any and all potential prospects to go through training before receiving one. [redacted] signed a contract stating what the process requires and that all monies are non refundable. it seems very much like [redacted] misunderstood what was told to him and what was stated on the contract. [redacted] is still entitled to the training in order to receive the rest of the services we provide upon completion of payment of the remaining balance.

Review: I was looking through the classifieds and called the first number for security jobs and a lady named [redacted] insisted I would come to Manhattan immediately for an interview and get the process started. She also stressed that I must bring my social security card and $75 for a training fee. I first thought it was too good to be true so I researched this company, Elite Services Unlimited and found nothing which I thought was odd. Against my better judgment I went that day for an interview. When I first walked into the office something did not seem right. They put me in a room with a bunch of chairs a random plant and painting on the wall and had me fill out a recruitment agreement which I still have. A man named [redacted] gave me a very brief “interview” which was not an interview at all he just said that I need to take enhanced training to work for this company and after I complete training I will be placed and able to start working. Thinking that if I do this I have a job, I paid $199 cash for a radio communication training that was only supposed to be an hour long and was told to come back next Saturday because they only hold training on Saturday’s. I tried to contact the office before Saturday to confirm my appointment and to ask further questions but the mobile phone was no longer in service. I went back an hour early on Saturday at a different location, [redacted] and they said that the schedule simply changed and to come back next Saturday again at a different time. While I was applying to other jobs that week I received a call from another security company and was like déjà vu. I researched this new company Security Elite Group on [redacted] that called me and wanted me to come down for an interview and found out that company was a scam. I found [redacted] videos and numerous complaints online that sound exactly like my story so immediately thought the same thing was with Elite services unlimited. I went back the day of training to see if I can get my money back and they would not give it back because I initialed their recruitment agreement the first time I was there and they told me to take the training course anyway. I then asked why their number changed from [redacted] to [redacted], they said they just changed it for no reason. I spoke to [redacted] who interviewed me and he did not remember me and told me his name was [redacted] the last time I was there. I am worried because they have a copy of my social security card and my drivers license, and I know I am not the only one. I don’t care that much about the money I just want to make sure my future credit is safe and that this doesn’t happen to anymore people.Desired Settlement: I do not want anyone else to go through what I went through anymore

Response:

we reviewed the complaint made by [redacted] and there is nothing within the complaint that would be a breach of service. Further more it is [redacted] responsibility to review all documents before signing which clearly states everything [redacted] is and is not entitled to. Elite Services Unlimited has no affiliation with Security Elite Group and takes no responsibility for there actions or any complaints made against them.

Review: I was contacted by a [redacted] her number is ###-###-#### to interview for a [redacted] his number ###-###-#### at Elite Services Unlimited for a front desk security position in Midtown Manhattan. He had me pay $200.00 cash to take a anti-terrorism class for a job placement. When I went to the school he sent me they sent me back to the office and the office claimed they were no longer with this school because supposedly they weren't very "professional." So when I contacted [redacted] he told me to come back down to the office to reschedule. So before I headed back to the office they were no longer answering their main office line the ###-###-#### number. I headed down there with my sister and their office was now closed, [redacted] nor his Secretary answer their phone and im left robbed of $200.00 which I was also told was going to be refunded for in my first paycheck, I still have my copy of the signed contract & receipt, wasted my time turning down other job offers because supposedly they wanted to hire me.Desired Settlement: I want my money back! I was lied to and this company committed illegal fraud and most likely Im not the only one they have done this to! Justice needs to be served and thieves shouldn't get away with fraud!

Review: I paid over $200 dollars for a fire guard prep class. I paid $75 at the 10/**/13 to then the rest $125 to [redacted] a person that work there, he said he will call me and tell me where the class will be held, hes the person I gave the money to in the office. I call him back for 2 months and I receive no response. I called the number he gave me and it belong to someone who don't even work and know him, I tried calling back the office number he gave and no one never answered, i'm reporting cause i'm not positive about the address he gave me, I also don't want to go the address cause I'm fear that it will be the wrong place. I'm calling back cause I want my money back, they didn't help me find a job as promised also didn't help me with the class, so I chosen to do it on my own and passed it. I called them back to see if they were answer but they didn't so please help with this matter.Desired Settlement: $200
