Revdex.com received phone call from Will B*** stating that consumer was notified verbally that price would be $per footThe project involved land clearing (removal of trees and overgrown weeks) to create a ft path Will B*** said that the project took several days to
complete in that numerous problems had to be addressedThe system had not been pumped for some years and as such numerous problems needed to be addressedSewage clean up was not included in the scope of work performed

It is a small tank, only gallons, and it was full which is what I hired Elite to do, to clean it. Elite did not secure the hose and it did not pump out ANY of the sewageWe tried on NUMEROUS occasions to contact Elite to come back out, the residents contacted Elite the week after and were told that the companies truck was brokenWe also called them but they ignored our phone callsWe had a different company come out, they said I t was full and NO SEWAGE had been pumped out at all, They cleaned the tank completely in about a half hour and in their statement of billing it states, that no previous work could have been done based on their experience and the level in the tankI am also considering taking the company to small claims court as well AND I have contacted the local Advertiser about placing my ad regarding this experience with Elite.

Complaint ID [redacted] against Elite Sewer & Septic, LLCContrary to Elite Sewer & Septic's latest statement to Revdex.com; I requested an estimate several times during the job but was ignored by the owner (Will B[redacted]) and co-owner.  The co-owner of Elite Sewer & Septic agreed to come back on Wednesday (1/27/2016) and clean around both floor drains at no additional cost. This did not happen as promised. There was a total of about 20-25 man-hours involved in the total job. I did not receive a time sheet breakdown as requested. The charge of $35.00/ft for the new SCH 40 DWV Pipe drain line plus additional material was judged excessive by several plumbers in the last 6 weeks plus a plumbing supply house. As I first requested; a refund of $2,000.00 is fair and just.A copy of the invoice presented to us by Elite Sewer and Septic on 1/25/2016 is included for your inspection per your request.This business transaction is not the way a fair and honest business should conduct business.Thanks,

I showed up at this rental house on a Saturday. After I pumped the tank, which took about 1/2 hour, I got the check. The tank has only a 12" opening. Typical openings are 22" and there are 2 per tank. Tank is six feet long. When you let it go too long, the tank contents become solid, but they should...

be liquid. The tank level was high when I got there. I have done over 13,000 tanks. A simple tank pumping won't take care of a situation like this. This is a single compartment tank. Most tanks have a two compartment system with 1,500 gallons capacity. This system is way undersized. This system is more than 50 years old. It doesn't have sufficient leaching.
