For me, when it comes to having a successful business, customer service is what makes or breaks the whole thing, and the customer service we had with [redacted] from Elite Shutters and Blinds was GREAT!
From beginning to end, our experience with [redacted] was fantastic!!!! Not only did he come by to show us the product twice, he came to get measurements when our home was a complete mess because it was being painted, and he did it all with such a pleasant demeanor!
I should also mention that we love our blinds! They really make our home look fantastic from the outside and the inside.
Through the process of trying to fix up our 30 year old home, we haven't had great customer service with the other companies we have came across, but Elite made the whole process of getting blinds easy, and an enjoyable process.

Yesterday [redacted], from Elite Shutters and Blinds, installed my shutters throughout my home, completing an outstanding experience from start to finish. He was very detailed and did an outstanding job with the install. They are BEAUTIFUL and really enhance both the interior and exterior of my home. Needless to say I love them!!

We ordered Norman composite shutters back in April. They finally arrived and were installed last week. [redacted] was wonderful to work with. Being manufactured overseas, we were well aware of the 8-12 week delivery time frame to get them installed. [redacted] stayed in touch with us through the entire process and we were overjoyed that they made it in 8 weeks! [redacted] installed all 19 windows plus 3 large arches in the garage and they fit like a glove and look fabulous. Would definitely recommend Elite Shutters.

No surprise, the installer did an awesome job. The shutters look awesome. Just as I expected. I had 3 windows done and a sliding door.
