Unwilling to pay refund from credit on account
I moved out of my apartment on June I accidently overpaid my rent by an entire extra monthI immediately went to the office the next day and they had deposited it (even though they had 30+ days notice that Iwas moving out) and that I would be given a refund after I mailed my laundry key inI immediately mailed my key to them after finding itIt has now been 6+ weeks since they received the keyI have continuously called and left messages, but they are refusing to answer my calls
They also added on a $carpet cleaning fee, even though our lease stated that the carpets were marginal to begin with and that it can only be charged if there is damage above "wear and tear"
On August 19, 2014, after reviewing my Bank StatementI have notice a withdraw that I don't recognized or record doing for the amount of $8,dollarsI contacted Bank Of America to inform them about the unknown transactionafter I contacted the bank an dispute case were open, then weeks later I receive a letter states they 9( the bank) were not able to resolve the matterI obtain information about the merchant from Bank of AmericaWent ahead contacted the merchant by phone no answer left message no return, I also email the merchant no respond or email backIt seem some stole my identity

I live in an apartment and since May ,June and JulyI been getting a lot of roaches everyday or every other day and the amount a day is 1- I have reported it to the office of the apartments and they say that can have the bug man spray the outside and inside of the apartmentThey also say the environment where we live has the roachesI have spoke to people in my building and they say they get at lease one or two a weekThey don't get as many as I doThe spray doesn't work and I feel that won't do any about itThe month of May got a lot and June I got so far in July 1-21,got
