There was a water spot on my ceiling and with me newly purchasing the home, I wasn't sure if it was a spot from an old leak that had already been repaired. I had not noticed any leaking from the ceiling, but to be sure, I asked Paul to take a look at the roof to ensure that there were no current leaks. He looked at the roof and said that there was a current leak due to a soft spot in the wood on the roof. He then told me how much it would be to issue the repair. Even though I didn't see any leaking, I didn't doubt him because I trusted him due to other work that he did for me. After Paul's employee completed the "work", Paul sent pictures (which I requested prior to work even being started) and the wood did not look rotten. Additionally, Paul did not send pictures of any replaced wood. I became skeptical that I had been scammedI looked in my attic and all wood looked to be original. I then decided to contact a roofing expert who came by and confirmed that all wood was original and that nothing had been replaced. He advised that I had been scammed. As a result, I would like to be refunded the amount that was paid to him. I'd be more than happy to get written statements from several roofing experts and take this matter to court for a resolution

brown spot on the sealing over the stairs and told me it leaks only in rely strong rains.I took measurements and pointed the leak on the tile roof and told him what it would cost to do a repair, and left him a written estimate. But he was more concern about the garage roof first,his garage roof was particularly in rely bad shape, we had to change roof wood deck in couple areas where we did repairs.So he authorize a repairs on the garage first, in two work orders on different dates.But on the beginning of the 2016 [redacted] begin to call me and text me numerous times, and he wanted to do a small repair on the house roof as well, I have text massages to prove it,I did not ask him or rely wanted to go back and do that repair,but after numerous times I finally agreed, and we send a crew out to do a repair work.Now I told [redacted] the first time we meet,that IF there will be a wood work needed we will do that as well, if wood would be still ok, we would leave it in place, and the price will not change ether way.By my foremen on the job and by the picture he send it to  me we decided that wood is still ok, so we left it in place, and install ice guard and reinstall the tile. Now, if any body understand the tile roofs, they would now how to repair a tile roof, and because a tile roof rely on the underlayment to stay watertight. In that area there was a broken tiles that was siliconed and because water was getting under the tile roof, over the time the underlayment rotted out and was casing a leak. The estimate was to remove tile in a section about 5x5 ft. replace broken tile, install double ice guard and reinstall tile, witch we did exactly, and get rid of the leak. For some reason [redacted] things that we needed to change a wood in order to completed a repair. WE DID NOT.and if we did not change the wood them he wanted a discount. I told him NO, that is not what we agree on period. WE DID THE REPAIR AS REQUESTED PER AGREED ESTIMATE.Also we did a small tile repair for him on the front of the house for free.This is a $350 repair, that HE wanted us to do,its a joke, we done probably over $2000 worth of repairs for him, and he complains about a piece of wood not being replaced????? Should wasted his money on paying the other roofing company to do a inspection, witch produce nothing, just confirm exactly what we did. I wish I knew, I would newer go back there period, as a company we dont make any money on repairs like that at all, it was a courtesy , because we done work for him before.
