We strive to offer hair replacement services to those that need our assistance in a compassionate and understanding manner We can assure anyone reading this absurd complaint that the defamatory comments made by the complainant is without merit and has no basis in reality.Our business relies heavily on repeat patronage, so it only makes perfect sense that we take care of each and every client The accusation that we would push someone into any of our services or manipulate them into shaving their head is ludicrous We offer hair enhancement products that do not require shaving We offer bonding without the necessity of shaving There is zero benefit for us from pushing someone into shaving and the accusation is not only inaccurate, but offensive We pride ourselves on educating people about hair loss and the very best options that are available In the last six months, we have provided the community three Women's Hair Loss Seminars Free of charge We create a safe and comfortable environment for anyone who wishes to discuss their hair loss.In years of business, we have never had a customer tear up hair systems like the complainant has The only explanation we received from her was that she was "hard on her hair." Hair systems designed for a three to four month wear were destroyed within six weeks Large holes were ripped into the tops of two out of the three hair systems we provided reflecting obvious abuse No hair replacement product can withstand purposeful abuse These ***e hair systems are currently worn by dozens of our other clients with no issues The problem is not with our product, but with the lifestyle or lack of care from the complainant We provided the complainant education on the proper care and maintenance of her hair systems as we do with all new customers These instructions were repeatedly ignored.We have provided the complainant a clear and detailed explanation of her service history with us and where her payments are with her contract Here is what we sent:***,We honor every word of our contracts Let us go over your history with us.Your contract was for systems and services for one year (total payments of $375) Since you are supposed to receive one hair system every three months, it requires monthly payments to pay off each system Your first hair system was paid for when you signed up on January 10th You paid $1, ($x 3) This hair system was cut in on January 21st (This leaves nine payments remaining on your contract.)Your second hair system was cut in on February 21st This hair system was paid for with your first three auto-pay payments (March, April, & May) (This leaves six payments remaining on your contract.)Your third hair system was cut in on April 10th We received just one payment for this hair with your June auto-pay (This leaves five payments remaining on your contract.)We have gone way beyond what we are required for our end of the contract To date, we have provided three hair systems and we should have received nine payments We have received seven (Your three payments at sign up, and four auto-pay payments March, April, May, & June.) I am rejecting this response because:Elite especially in this situation try to hide behind what they have really done.This case stands on merits and this is the reality that they must be aware of. Below I address their comments. In Response to Elite stating the following:“The accusation that we would push someone into any of our services or manipulate them into shaving their head is ludicrous.” - If this was the case then why in the contract on line 15 does it clearly states the following: 15. The client understands that their head must be shaved where graft is to be applied?I did not and wouldn’t want my head shaved and I was ready to leave at that moment. You told me it wouldn’t be a problem and I would not need to be or have to be shaved. At that time [redacted] the hair loss expert/owner waived that line in the contract. Isigned up once that exception was made I proceeded with the contract- There were three other people in the room my partner, my daughter, your sales consultant and [redacted] Elite Solutions hair loss specialists.  In addition [redacted] in a later appointment stated that long hair bonding was something new to her and she was learning through the process with me. I should have addressed that statement at the time, however I was understanding that this was a process. I did not expect to be taken advantage of or to be coaxed into a contract with a promise that could not be fulfilled. This is not a safe of comfortable environment if you ask me.        Response to: ” In 16 years of business, we have never had a customer tear up hair systems like the complainant has.”I explained that our family is very active and that I work out daily. We thoroughly went over this in detail, it was explained that with this lifestyle, I would be harder on the hair than some of the other clients she has dealt with. I was told I could treat this hair like it was my own. That there would be a shorter life span that with other clients due to the fact it would need to be washed each and every day and styled with heat products. I was advised by [redacted] after the 1st appointment to change the shampoo/conditioner and other hair products, I did as she recommended. I have all the receipts to show which products I had been using. I do no disagree with Elite that I was hard on the hair but I was very clear I would be and again was assured that it wouldn’t be a problem. Which I found out later would really be a problem. I clearly told them I would wash and blow dry the hair and possibly flat or curl iron on it. I was told no problem. This is not true-the heat is what caused the holes in the lase produce. They again sold me on a lie. Elite continued to take their monthly payments and we continued to honor the contract and pay them. I/we my family understood that this process could and would be a long one. We are not ignorant to the fact that we wouldn’t ever have exactly what I wanted, but this does not give Elite the write to sell me a system they had no idea would or wouldn’t work. There were plenty of other options they offered. None of those were discussed with me. Just the grafting system. A very expensive system.  In Response to:Your first hair system was paid for when you signed up on January 10th.  You paid $1,125 ($375 x 3) this hair system was cut in on January 21st.  (This leaves nine payments remaining on your contract.). This hair system was cut as [redacted] said “to fit to my head” not accurate and the decision to cut the hair should not have been done without my ok. This was all done before I even saw the product. This is my product I paid for and is going on my head. [redacted]should not have cut it before I arrived to my appointment and again other witnesses were in the room to validate what I am stating.  From Elite:Your second hair system was cut in on February 21st.  This hair system was paid for with your first three auto-pay payments.  (March, April, & May)  (This leaves six payments remaining on your contract.)- My Response:The second hair system was cut in on February 21st because I complained about the quality of the hair. The texture was horrible and the hair was cut to a length before being put on me that I was so unhappy with. I came into your shop crying (again there was two of your employees and my partner with me as witnesses). You comforted me and said you would make it right and we would work together through this process. Elite Stated:“We are losing out on two payments of $375 for that third hair system + we are allowing you to discontinue your program early.  Legally, we don't have to.  We think we are being extremely fair with you.”  My response :Yes you allowed me to discontinue the program. Either way I would not have continued my services as you and I spoke about because it was a waste of time and money to continue with a system that did more damage to me and my hair  I discontinued for the following reasons:1. The system restricted the growth of my own hair2.  I was very unhappy with the quality of the hair3. When I asked to see the product in the packaging to make sure I was getting new and not used hair (due to the quality- I was able to find higher quality at a “wig store” that sales to the general public for a fraction of the cost. 4. I was told after coaxed to be shaved that where I was shaved and the glue would be applied my hair would grow back no problem. Both my partner and I asked even though there is glue/bonding agent applied to the area. Again your response wasyes the hair will grow back you will not have problem. This is not true. My hair did not grow in those areas where the glue was. I have not been using Elites hair system since the end of April and my hair in area where the glue was is growing back. My hair would not grow in those areas before where the glue/bonding agent was on my head.5. My problems and issues were not listened to- instead after everything that had happened [redacted] still tried to sale me a grafting system that is applied with the bonding agent that was not $1,200.00 a graft (this is the new price she was going to charge me per graft 2 to 3 times the amount it was quoted to me before) instead the new graft would be $7,500.00 per graft and guaranteed me that it would last 6 to 7 months. To me this was another guarantee with a price tag attached that really couldn’t be guaranteed. I think from anyone reading this you will see the graft system is clearly not the best choice for me.  Elite states they are losing out on two payment of $375.00 each- these were payments that ELITE decided to wave before the last hair system was due to me. I asked to just pick up the hair system, without it being cut in. Once I advised that I would not becontinuing services all the sudden the payments were not waved and I did not have my last hair system due to me. Elite put out words like entitlement, not correct I was just asking Elite to keep their word. Below is a copy of the email from Elite stating they are waving the fees? Hello [redacted],Sorry for the delay in getting this to you.  I wanted to update you on your account.  Here's where you're at:You may recall with your program, each hair system requires three monthly payments to pay it in full.  You've made six payments total so far, and you have received three hair systems.  Two hair systems are paid in full, which leaves three payments outstanding.  We are going to waive two of those payments for you, so therefore only one payment is outstanding.  Your June Auto-Pay will take care of that payment.If you wish to discontinue your program and purchase individually, please let me know, or we can still do the program upgrade if you'd like to receive new hair every two months instead of three.  Let me know what you decide and feel free tocontact me anytime if you have any questions.Thank you![redacted]Elite stated:“We have received no reply from this correspondence because it is 100% factual and easily provable”This is my response to that: Elite did receive a reply from me. It was in the form of a complaint with the Revdex.com because I am not being heard. Elite has put all responsibility of the problem with the hair  system,  the mistakes they made by shaving me and not having the knowledge or experience needed to do long hair bonding, on me the customer, the one who is NOT the HAIR LOSS SPECIALISTS. I trusted ELITE and believed what they sold me and what they advised me to do. ELITE was the only hair loss specialist in the area I live in and it should be know what they have done. I am not a satisfied customer and I believe they need to take some responsibility for what Elite and [redacted] their HAIR LOSS SPECIALISTS. My recommendation is to be careful and ask a lot of questions if you choose to use them. Look over the contract carefully. The only true hair loss specialists have a medical degree don’t buy into what the SALON tells you as I did. See a dermatologist and have your blood work done. There are many causes of hair loss in women don’t buy into the fact that ELITE is your only option as I thought.

Review: my initial consultation I clearly stated that I had not experienced any complete or patch loss of hair to the top of my head. I was experiencing some what I considered server thinning. I expressed that I felt it was due to the amount of stress I was experiencing at the time. I also expressed that I had a scheduled doctor's appointment and was going to have my blood tested and I needed a solution to get me by until we could see if it was a medical or chemical condition. I was assured by the hairspecialists that my hair would continue to grow under the hair system you recommended.not the case. At this 1st consultation appointment I was told once I came to terms with the fact that I was losing my hair like all of your other clients at the salon that I would just shave my head and it would be easier. This is not the case with me I expressed very clearly with 4 other people included in the room (one being yourself) that I would not ever be ok with shaving my head. I was told I would see. Again not the case. I advised I am someone that is on a regular and heavy workout schedule, I would need to wash, style, put the hair in a ponytail and care for it as normal every single day. I was assured that the amount of workouts, the washing and styling would not be a problemwe agreed to contract of a total of $4,500 per year. This was an initial deposit of $1,125 (paid by us that day) and 11 payments of $375.00. This included 4 grafts per year and 11 services. This does not total the 4500 per year. I was told they could color the hair if I was unhappy. They could not. They cut the system before placed on my head. They took the old systems back the ones I purchased. They Shaved my head after munipulating me into in and shaming me telling me I was not ready to accept my hairloss. Not the case. I had medical tests done and it medical and can be treated. however Elite shaved my head after pressuring me into it. The product was alos poor quality.Desired Settlement: Restitution and for the hair system and the cost to cover my head while the hair grows back that Elite Solutions Shaved.
