Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: The coordinator is a flat out LIAR, and is very unprofessionalI have several other vendors that have dealt with her and have stated the same unprofessionalismI have all the emails from this lady and none of them have me threatening herOnly she was unprofessional I will continue to post her unprofessionalism on FB and anywhere else I see fit as I have proof of her SCAMI had emailed her and asked questions about the event and she know itI have emails to prove itAlso to prove she lowered price because she knew she wasnr going to get anyone elseAlot of vendors have already seen all emails and agree with me that ELITE SPORTS AND ENTERTAINMENT AND [redacted] are unprofessional and will not be dealinh with her because they saw the lies and fraudulent statements she emailed and posted on FBI am done with this business and her liesAll emails show proof of her fraudulent business [redacted] and her business that has only been out for a year and is already being FRAUDULENTELITE SPORTS AND ENTERTAINMENT OWNER [redacted] IS A FRAUDI will continue with my busines and make other vendors around San Antoinio and surrounding areas be aware of her and her Business and let them know of her unprofessionalism and fraudulent behaviorI will not be responding to anymore of this lady's unprofessionalism and immature behavior, she doesn't even know how to run a business, she is very uneducated on how to run one and need educationI know several top event Coordinators in San Antonio and they all read about [redacted] AND her business practice and say the sameShe has a very pathetic way of doing business and trying to make something of herselfSad when people need money soo bad that they lie and commit fraud in order to make money in their business in which [redacted] has become accustomed to of how she makes money in her business, even lying to Revdex.com about our communications Regards, [redacted] ***

Yes my name is [redacted] and I am the owner of Elite Sports and Entertainment Productions and am responding to the complaint that [redacted] has sent into youThe buyer was very much aware of the event and what kind of vendors that was going to be at the eventthe buyer got upset because I had other vendors there that sells simular products but with different names and she stated that I said there will not be other vendors there that sells the same products she can;t tell me who I can have at my eventIt also stated that there will be NO REFUNDS all sales were final and it stated that on the eventbrite page when she purchased the vendor spotI can't help she mis-understood what my event was all about My event is a health and wellness and NO she would not be the only vendor there with the same products I will have over ladies there why would I only have her there her company is The crazy wrap thing and the other company there she had the issue with was advocare she claims its the same product NO IT IS not and who is she to say I said that she would be the only vendor there selling what she sells So NO I will not be refunding this she should have called and asked more in detailed before she purchased the ticket she never called me to ask me any questions about my event she just went to eventbrite and purchased and when she saw that or heard that I will have other vendors there as she claimed that sells the same thing she wanted a refund and on the event brite and the Vendor Contract NO REFUNDS AL SALES ARE FINAL so no I am disputing this as well and I will not be refunding any money to anyone I have multiple vendors at my event so no I am not refunding any money because the seller could not or comprehend what my event detailed of for the vendors and I should NOT have to pay anything backI will get my attorney involved if need be in this caseso if you need to share this info with the other party go ahead but there will be NO REFUND GIVEN It is NOT my fault she thinks that she was going to be the only vendor there that sells the same goods I will further this to my attorney and I have my emails to this lady as wellThis event is a health and wellness event that I will have several vendors there that will be selling health and wellness I said that it will only be ONE AT WORK THAT CRAZY WRAP THING she is in business with I was not having the same of that particular business thereThis event will have over 150-ladies and I never told her that SHE was going to be the only Wellness vendor there that is crazy I have over vendor that will be selling health food and supplements items I can't help if she did not understand she could have called me before she submitted her payment and ask me the question and I could have explained to her in detailed what my event and vendors I have advocare, [redacted] and other health and wellness people there that will be selling wellness products I have no control over what they sellI told her that I was not going to have of her company names at the event That crazy wrap thing by At worksSo I feel that my company should not be on a bad list because of the buyers misunderstanding of the vendors Nor she has control of my vendor costI have had no other complaints by the other vendors that will be selling the health and wellness productsI also said on the eventbrit that there will be NO REFUNDS I was being nice until she got ugly with me about the refund and I still will not be giving a refund because the buyer saw that it was NO REFUND on the eventbrite when she placed the orderShe should have called me and not been rude to me abouy my event and who I should and should not have thereSo I would like to know what the outcome will be because I have not done anything wrong My advertisement says it plain as day that NO REFUNNDS givenI should not have to refund her in this matter because in the begging I said no RefundsMy event will go on as a success and I hope you guys will understand my point in this matterThank you and I would like to get an outcome on this ASAPMy number ###-###-#### email [redacted] @yahoo.comThank you for your assistance in this matter at hand[redacted] ***, OwnerElite Sports and Entertainment Productions

I am rejecting this response because: It is clear from the emails and the screenshots that had she not stated she would refund me the amount I paid, I would have never said I am backing out and want refund. She said she would give refund. I was not happy with the fact that she said one thing and turned around and did another just to get someone to sign up. If she was not going to give refund I was still entitled to the spot, she turned around next day and stated spot was open again without giving refund she stated she would give. She is very unprofessional and gives false advertisement in order to gain clients. She also went and lowered price after I had paid $103.49 to $50. I feel I am entitled to refund after she stated IN WRITING that she would provide refund, and she went and booked another ItWorks vendor. As I did not cancel or back out just to do so, I told her I wanted refund after she stated she would give me one if I liked and since I did not like her way of business, I agreed. She is still making false statements, that is why I attached our emails and screenshots of posts on Facebook.

I am not giving any refund. My vendor prices was what they are and that's it. The complainer [redacted] should have called and asked me more in detailed about the event before purchasing the vendor spot. I did not give false advertisement on my event and nothing will be or have been changed. My prices are my prices and I am over this right now. The complainer as I said in the beginning should have not been quick to purchase the vendor spot with out calling or emailing me. She is upset because she wanted to be the only health and wellness vendor at my event and that was not happening This is a big event and I have several different wellness people with different products at my event and for her saying that I was doing the false advertisement that is her opinion. We all have a right to our own opinion. My event stated that there will be no refund and she knew this she got very ugly with me with threats and I was being nice to say that I would but no she started getting ugly with me with the emails and I have the right to NOT refund the money because in the clause it stated NO REFUND ON TICKETS OR VENDOR SPOTS so It was in writing and that is it. So this matter is what it is and I am still not giving any refunds due to the clause that she knew about and for her slandering and reporting me to the Revdex.com I know her opinion of me and my company is only hers. I give and gave good customer service to all my customers that have served So It is what it is and I am being truthful and Like the clause said THERE WILL BE NO REFUND and her reporting me is just her opinion. Thank you and I hope this will be the last of this so I can move on. Thanks
