Elite Surface Infrastructure

Crossing a road construction worksite (being waved in by a Rocky Mtn Excavating, Inc. employee, I drove my car (2007 Toyota) across a dirt entry way in front of *** near the corner of *** in *** on Saturday, September 16, 2017. A large earth grader was pushing dirt around so it was not compacted. A 7" wrench entered my relatively new steel belted radial tire, which my mechanic (to whom I immediately drove) says is non-repairable. Also, he indicated that 3 of my tires would need to be replaced, not just the one damaged tire(I could use the spare).
