They came to the house for a free cleaning that we "won" and used this as a trick to give us a in home demonstration of the Kirby vacuumWe loved it so decided to buy oneTheir salesman assured us that there was a day money back guarantee if we weren't 100% satisfiedWell come a month later we decided that it's nothing special and definitely not worth the price $for a Kirby Avalir so we called to return it and they told us we are outta luck there is only a day grace periodThen called us a liar and said their agent would never give promises such as thisAvoid this shady scammers at all costs

They called and offered free carpet cleaning as a promotionI asked how much it was going to costThe woman told me "absolutely nothing, put your wallet away." I sat through an almost two hour demonstration on Kirby vacuumsWhen I finally asked about the cleaning, the guy wanted to know how much I was willing to pay for the vacuumI told him I wasn't buying anythingHe said he couldn't do the cleaning if I wasn't buying anythingI said I would have to speak to my husbandHe seemed quite shocked by that and stepped outside to call his bossHe came back and said they were under the impression that I was a widowI have in fact been very recently widowedI do not choose to share this information with strangersThey used my husband's obituary to prey on meFrom what the guy told me, this is apparently common practiceThis is a disgusting, despicable company

Fishy, fishy, fishy and they stink! They are scary! Their approach seems harmless, they ask you if you did such or such thing like on the previous weekend, something that we might have done mindlessly or routinely, and if you answer yes, they hit the jackpotPlease be careful, be aware, do not give out your info, if they initiated the contact with you, they should be able to verify you not the other way around

They had her use United Consumer Financial Services Company to finance the purchase at 25.89% interest, for months which added up to be 1, The total payments come up to 3,546.40!!! For a vacuum cleanerShe has paid in payments so far
