It has been two years of pushing on a rope to get timely responses to ANY communication of mine. It has become a full time job getting ANY responses.

Where do I start? After several years of reasonable service w/some missing business reports to me for my corporation, communication fell off to zero timely common courtesy responses. Period. Since January 2016 I have to send a multitude of emails and texts to 'maybe' get a response weeks later if at all. There are so many scenarios of this disrespect and common courtesy it is pathetic, unprofessional and rude.
The chiildren, err, girls that work there have hung up on me, stated, "I hope you enjoy your arrest warrant!" Really? B/c this client needed documents Elite Tax generated like tax returns I never got copies of or a W-2 that is both stopping *** due to me from the IRS and thus instituting *** in tax and fines due to the IRS. I complain and get ZERO response from ***, the owner herself. It is always an excuse. She will tell me she will do something and then does NOT do it. THESE ARE MY TAXES!! Makes sense??
Three months ago I asked for a copy of my Mach Ventures Inc return '''supposedly''' submitted 2016. THREE MONTHS AGO. It was a to arrive a week ago or so and due to another excuse have not received it. When asked two weeks ago if she will be doing my taxes (mind you, VAC corp are extended due 9/15; she NEVER replied to extend my personal for 2017 so had to scurry and get a 'professional' to submit an extension for me), she went from offering to meet me 8/14/18 to unable to "Forget it. I am not available at ALL!"when queried what Plan B could be given aforementioned deadlines. Very nice. She does not gather how important this whole subject matter is to a client. She is communicating in phrases. Does that mean - never ever?
The whole client/agent relationship is ultra-disjointed and does not need to be. It has left me in a major lurch. Period. This is no way to treat 1) anyone and 2) a client.
CLIENT: She will make statements that I am not a client b/c I have not paid her. Listen to me. NOT gettting my 2015 and 2016 tax returns from her to submit to the IRS until DECEMBER 2017, I PRESUMED she was not charging me due to the excessive delay (over a year and still no $***; I am UNEMPLOYED. She knows it and does not make it a priority at all. Imagine. Fellow human being?
So, knowing 'she' is bothered by not being paid or something but NOT understanding the pure *** she has been putting me through re ZERO communication (word is being IGNORED) for two years, I gave her a check for $300 and a nice note complimenting her and my wish to TALK and rectify all. I NEVER got a thank you. I am unemployed. It was a partial payment. Rude. (Says partial payment in note and on the check's memo line)
So, in texts she will respond how she caters to clients that pay.
I say, "I gave you $300." Her response..."You think $300 covers your tax bill? You are not living in reality. That might pay for one, What about bookkeeping (really?), payroll and multiple tax returns per year?" IF, IF her girl did the tax reports! Many I had to ask for. Bottom line: Elite Tax has a very unprofessional way to perform timely taxes which IN FACT leads to disjointed understanding what is due when? I have asked 20xs to show me a bill. NEVER get an answer.
There are two sides to every story and mine counts too. I ask for a reduction if not rescission in any tax bill from Elite Tax given the *** has put me through versus taking BOTH the higher road and my advice to just TALK to rectify all.
We all have stresses. Ignoring a person for a multitude adds to my stress over MY UNITED STATES TAXES. I work in defense and do NOT need ANY issues. Period. Understand? It IS most frustrating what she has put me through for too long.
TRY TEXTING A PROFESSIONAL ABOUT A MAJOR SUBJECT LIKE ONE's TAXES and they just IGNORE YOU. Funny, she says she knows what I want (ambiguous; elaborate really) and NEVER CALLS OR GIVES THE ANSWER I AM SEEKING. RUDE.
I am seeking: 1. AN APOLOGY FOR THE ABUSE GIVEN; She speaks of her being abused by my inordinate amount of texts or emails or some phone calls. Ha. BE ME. I NEED AN ANSWER. I KNOW!!!!! ANSWER versus exacerbate the situation. An Apology. Treat people as you would like to be treated. 2. ANY AND ALL COPIES OF ALL OF MY RETURNS BOTH HARDCOPY AND SOFT; especially, Mach Ventures Inc. return. Provide PROOF MVI was received by the IRS. They do not know of MVI re returns (has nothing to do with the creation and its *** illogical response when apprised the "IRS" has no return for me.) 3. 2016 W-2 created for me an an employee of Vehicle Aerodynamics Consultants, Inc. I need my $*** and explanation as to why $78 was not ever received for TY2015, too, and any effort to rectify that issue. Research it. Call the IRS. Get me ANSWERS. 4. Respond to my many attempts wanting to be shown a bill. Her response has been, "You pay when the work is done." 1) done years later and 2. What? Pay what amount??? 5. An apology from *** daughter for pranking me by saying, "I hope you enjoy your arrest warrant." Then hanging up. And for constantly hanging up on me over two years. It led me to contact attorneys and sheriffs wasting more of my valuable time. Professional? I was merely a client wanting what was due to me: my documents and/or a response. I was doing business. 6. I NEED and WANT any bill or invoice to me re work performed to be thoroughly zero balanced after all of the time "I" have had to spend TRYING to get A response from my tax agent for two years. IT WAS A FULL TIME JOB. ASK ANYONE THAT KNOWS ME. And, I get paid more than *** I have to contact the Revdex.com to get any movement re MY TAXES??? This is not a hamburger order that went bad. MY TAXES. JUMP.

The client has not paid for services that have been provided. He has received via email and US mail copies of all documents. Included were bills. He has repeatedly intimidated, sworn and yelled at my staff to the point they REFUSED to deal with him. Two of them have made written complaints to me that they will NOT deal with him. He abused my personal cell phone number by calling me outside of normal business hours. I would get text message and phone calls before 7:00 am and after 10:00pm. calling weekends and non-business hours. He calls were so disruptive my husband was going to file a complaint One particular time he called repeatedly during our staff Christmas party INSISTING he had to talk to me. I left the party I was hosting to take his call. It was after hours and unreasonable. He would repeat the same questions over and over even after they were answered. He would send emails over and over after they were answered. He wouldn't listen you he was answered and would ask again
To date he has not paid for 2015 and 2016 personal and business tax returns. He also has not paid for any payroll services or bookkeeping services. He has been give ALL documents even thought they were NOT paid for.
He was sent a letter in 2017 stating I would no longer be able to assist him. Conveniently he says he has he never received the letter.
In numerous phone calls I told him I was through and could continue assisting him. He still refused to listen.

The staff are over dramatic drama queens and the owner has admitted it. Swore? Highly doubt it.
She NEVER replied to basic communications for years. Imagine. It is my taxes. There is a TOTAL disconnect re many topics from payment and bills NOT received to being told to call at 6am. So I think 7am is when she can take a call. Bottom line, I always pay my bills!! When my 2015 bills are being FINALLY submitted 12/17!!!!!!! I think that is the reason I was never invoiced!!! THE JOB WAS NEVER COMPKETED.
SHE IS AN UNPROFESSIONAL TAX PREPARER. PERIOD.
I NEED A COPY OF MY 2016 Mach Ventures Inc tax return. It is unethical to NOT give a copy to me of what she states was submitted. GREAT. GIVE ME A COPY AFTER A YEAR OF PLEADING AND COMMUNICATIONS SHE COMPLAINS ABOUT!! ANYONE SEE THE LUNACY?? What an illogical person. SHE WRITES: "I know what you want!" AND WITHHOLDS IT FROM ME. REALLY?
MY PROFESSIONALS WANT TO WRITE HER UP WITH THE IRS. She is remembering things from years ago. Cripes. We have moved on. It is all documented from times of her telling me to call her or meet with her so very recently!!! I paid all of my bills re reporting. She admits her own help inadequately do their jobs. She has told me many times, documented, that she will get with *** to remedy what should have been done!
Heck, I got my 2015/16 state and federal copies FINALLY in 12/17 like I stated and STILL NO BILL. *** ROLLS HER EYES when I told her. I can't pay when 1. Never told and 2. Never sent an invoice. My fault? AGAIN, very unprofessional one armed tax preparer. She is over her head.
Treat every customer like gold as you need every customer.
In closing, husband or staff upset?? Doesn't anyone ask, "***, why don't you reply to his NEW questions and every evolving scenario so one call is not many?? Pitiful and lackluster customer service. Period OR WE WOULD NOT BE HERE.
I NEED A COPY OF MY 2016 MACH VENTURES INC RETURN!!! Please so I can put this ungrateful, unprofessional nightmare behind me!!!
