The original termite inspection done on the property address *** ** *** ** ** *** was performed on 04/18/which is well over years agoThe repairs outlined on the termite report dated 04/18/was performed on 11/24/2014, which is 1/years ago, our warranty on wood repairs
is for year from the date of the completion which is well past that dateI believe if this work was done as Mr*** *** is stating then it would have been visible well within the year warranty date of 11/24/2015, therefore Elite Termite of California is not liable for the repair or the new roof that Mr*** has put on the structureElite Termite of California has offered Mr*** $in the interest of good public relations to go toward his repair

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
This is a matter not  of warranty and more about negligence. As stated before the structural integrity of my roofwas compromised due to Elite Termites work. Cost of repairs were 2100. Im willing to accept half in the amount of 1050.If we can settle this now.
