It was good to speak to you todayIn response to [redacted] complaint, quite a few things are left out and simply not trueWhen the Jeep was delivered there was a complaint about the hard top having damageHe wanted a brand hard top for the Wrangler because of a marking he saw on the hard top which we agreed to doWe explained that this appears to be a common characteristic of the Wrangler hard top, but he was adamant about replacing the hard top.When the new top arrived, we waited for [redacted] to come to the dealership and with him present, we opened the box together, to which he was not satisfied with the top that was shipped and had no damageHe pointed out a marking on the top, and at that point we walked out to our Brand New Jeep Wrangler inventory and told him he could have any top that was similar to his and switch itEvery top he looked at had the same marking on the top in the same area, at which point we agreed to send it to our body shop ***, which happens to do very good professional work, and have the top touched up.The claim that the mats were muddy and left scuff marks on his Jeep is simply not trueThat was never even brought to our attention when he picked up his Jeep, because clearly [redacted] is meticulous about his Jeep and we would've heard about it right away.? Fiat Chrysler Automobiles has been involved with [redacted] concern and should be pursued with F.C.Aif this is still an issue for him.?
