Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:There was nothing wrong with me being able to shift my gears before my vehicle was towed regardless of how old my vehicle is I get schelduled maintenance and oil changes regularlyIf there was an issue prior to it being towed I wouldn't be pursuing this issueBecause I was able to drive my vehicle to work makes me further believe that the cable that is now detached was reattached upon it getting to their pound which would in turn let me put it in gear until it fell off againIm not asking for any compensation I just would like to have the part that was broken to be repaired and replaced Regards, [redacted]

This vehicle was towed for parking in a HandicapPictures were taken of the vehicle prior to our tow truck touching this vehicleMs [redacted] refuses to accept that this damage already existedWe go to great lengths to circumvent fraudulent claims by taking pictures of the vehicles we towWhen it was explained to her her response was that she works in insurance and she will have [redacted] subrogate with the Elitemy insurance company is dealing with this and it will be up to the claims department to give the final say.towing companies are often the victims fraudulent claimsjudging by the amount that she is looking for does not seem that she wants her carpet it seems that she would like to benefit financiallyIt is my solid stance that we did stop causing damage to this vehicleand we will let the insurance handle itthis is not been a matter of poor customer service this is a matter of me not telling the customer what she wants to hearunfortunately she has decided to file a complaint against our company, but sometimes that's how people feel justified after being towed

In order to respond I need to know what year, make and model vehicle you are operating that was impounded as well as the property the vehicle was impounded fromThe time you were at y y e storage facility will also helpIt is posted at the facility that vehicles release with one hour notification, meaning you are to give the storage facility an hour notice that you are comingI cannot speak of the details of your particular phone call, however I do know the dispatcher will ask if a person is coming now, in order to stop them and advise of the notice procedureWe have a legal process, paperwork, impound, invejtory, authority reporting that have to be done, that is why it is an hour noticePPlease resond with information so I can gather details of why you were towedTThank you

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:Once again I dont know what was done to my vehicle while it was not in my possession and it was not two days that went by before the part loosened it was almost two in the morning the day of and I get regular maintenance on my vehicle for my benefit and when parts are broken I repair them as I know that things break. This incident I dont feel that it just broke so therefore I firmly believe that it was caused in transport. I wouldn't waste this much time and energy if I felt like the part just broke at no fault to your company therefore I plan on disputing it. Regards, [redacted]

As explained to the consumer as soon as we received notification from our processor we would refund these charges as a gratisI think it is important to understand that the customer immediately filed a charge back after claiming his vehicle and there is a process that happens when someone does this, an investigationThe funds are put on hold and not released until that investigation is overAs a business owner, I am protecting my interests in not paying the customer if the money was never really paid to us in the first placeWe have not done anything wrong, the vehicle was towed legally and payment was taken for thatThe customer made a decision to stop payment on these charges and has caused this unnecessary wait for the gratis refundI have still not received a formal notification that this has been concluded by my processorI will give them a call to see if this letter can be expedited tomorrow so this matter can be resolvedIf it is all clear, I will forward on the payment via certified mail to the address we have from the customers vehicle registration**

I am rejecting this response because:It is absolutely falseFrom day one they were unbelievably rude, denying all claims, and cursing at meThe tow company (after refusing multiple times) gave me their insurance information and then proceeded to give their own insurance company trouble, refusing to provide tow method, or give any information about the tow for weeks, as wellI have records and voicemails from both their insurance, AND the Nissan dealership confirming ignored phone calls, and refusal to pay their $deductible after the damages were PROVED by their own insurance company that the damages were, in fact, their faultMy car sat in the shop for almost an entire month because the tow company refused to comply until I made a complaintIf any of this proof is needed, I and the dealership are more than happy to provide this for you.

This complaint needs to be filed in court under the non consent tow hearing instructions that were given on two separate receipts when the vehicle was picked upWe are more than confident that the tow was justified and legalThis is outside the scope of the Revdex.com

the truck was towed legallyIt was stickered to be towed and the tenant had ignored the notice We only tow under the direction of management per our contractThe vehicle must not be titled in her name and she must not have had insurance with her name on it The form is a VSFOthat
we must have filled out and notarized in order to release a vehicle. While I understand this can be frustrating it is the process we must follow per the law *** ***

Again, it was legally towedFile it in court if necessary as instructed

Truck was towed legally Customer immediately filed a charge back on his credit cardThere is a process when a card is charged back, and customer wants me to refund this when we have not been paid in the first placeI offered to refund the tow once I have clearance from the charge back
departmentHe failed to mentmyon any of this in the complaint, but this is the real issueI am not in my office as I am mostly in the field, I explained this process to him,I was not rude, just did not tell him what he wanted to hearAs explained, I will refund the amount once I receive confirmation from my credit card processor This vehicle was not illegally towed by any means

Attached you will see the vehicle in question parked on property in a Handicap space with no placard or plate displayedThese can be hanging from the mirror or placed on the dash and in both cases it is not thereThere is also one of several pictures we have of the interior of the vehicle just in
case it were placed inside and this case it is not. The tow sign is at the entrance of the property letting you know who can and cannot park there and towing is enforcedThis complaint states we are predatoryJust the opposite in fact predatory towing companies do not take plus pictures of violationsWe do not target anyone, we simply do what our contract says, remove illegally parked vehiclesThere will be no refund as we did nothing wrongThank You

As explained in detail to the registered owner, the vehicle was backed in to the spot it was parked inThe vehicle is a rear wheel drive, therefore it would be impossible to move the vehicle without putting it on supplemental dollies as we didThe last time the vehicles tires moved was when the
registered owner parked the vehicle and when she pulled off the yardHad we broken this mechanism, the vehicle would not have shifted into gear when it left our property, let alone the following day when the vehicle was driven to workThere is no possible way that this damage occurred from the towing of the vehicleWe told the registered owner that we will not take responsibility for something we could not have possibly done, and this may have been mechanical breakdown, the vehicle is years old and anything could wear out over years of drivingWe have plenty of pictures to substantiate our claim on fileKS
