I have every intention of standing by our work. If you look at the dates in his complaint, it's the middle of winter. We don't rush into anything in the middle of winter. It is my fault for assuming a home owner would understand that. Also if you ask me the pictures he sent me look like wind damage...

but Once the weather breaks I will 100% head back out there and repair it. I've contacted the customer as well on this.
