When our driver went out to do the tow service on our vehicle we explained to the driver of the vehicle that there is only one Mercedes Dealership in the Yakima Valley and to get stock replacement rims you would have to go through them as they are not offered...

The driver explained that if you have full coverage insurance we can do a Private Property Impound and you can turn the claim into your insurance for coverage of the damage and impound costs. While on scene the driver of the vehicle signed the Private Property Impound form and requested we take the car to the yard. Our driver simply gave you options for what we can do for you as a customer, and you and the driver agreed that the Private Property Impound would be best at the time. We apologize that you did not understand the process and that you had to submit the claim to your insurance.

On Tuesday night something broke in my car leaving it stuck in the entrance of my moms nursing home. Elite was there is very little time. I don't know anything about cars but [redacted] the driver got under it to check out the damage. Devastation ensued I had lost major compartment to my engine. I was a wreck [redacted] loaded my car safely and did the job great. This is the kindness we loose most of the time in today's world. Thank you Elite for being the best.

Called up Elite Towing on a Saturday night to have a car towed from my yard when the dispatcher who answered the phone began questioning my assertions that the vehicle was indeed on my property. He made many arguements that I was mistaken and that the vehicle must be on public property and could not be towed, despite my description of the vehicle's location: parked fully in my back yard with not even a part of it in the alley. After calling back on Monday morning to inquire as to the identity of the dispatcher I was told that it was the owner himself. The call was transferred to him and he began arguing with me again about how there are certain laws that must be observed and that they were "not going out on a call that is a complete waste of time." He then went on to say he couldn't understand why I would call and complain, there are 13 other towing companies in Yakima I can call. I suggest anyone thinking about having a vehicle towed do exactly as he suggests and not waste their time, call a different towing company.

Terrible service! I called them to inquire on getting my stolen vehicle out of their posession and it was an unpleasent call to say the least. The associate that took my call repeatedly told me that my fiance has to be the one to pick the car up because it was in his name I finally said to her "I understand that, now can you please give me the cost" she says "are you going to stop being rude? I Need to get this information programed and give you your dollar amount."
Im not sure what made her think that I was being rude. My intentions were to inform her the only purpose of my call was to get the amount so I could pull the money out of the bank to have my fiance recover our vehicle. Shes is NOT cut out for customer service. Very snappy and impressionable. But on the other hand they did hold my vehicle that I was covinced I'd never see!
I know its not necessarily the company and every business has good and bad employees and sometimes dont even know it, wich is what brings me to do this. Please inform your employees how important working this position specificaly realy is. They are the face of the company should take their job more serious.
