Elite Towing & Recovery

I have had an active law suit against this company for damages they did back in March, I have been awarded an Order to Seize Property, and when the process server went out to seize property, the business has packed up and left I called same number that is listed for Elite Towing and Recovery, and the new owners/management is called *** The company had to just go out of business, as Elite Towing was served papers back in July, to appear in court, which was signed by a representative of Elite Towing The owner of this Company that packed up and left is Nathan S***, and I will not stop trying to locate this owner to see that damages to my property are compensated as ordered by the judge on 09/29/ Through police reports, pictures, documentation I have a solid case against this Company that is fraudulent I will pursue this to the highest legal level as I can, as this was intentional and illegally done by Nathan S***
