last saturday 10/**/i was involved in a car accident and from all the shock I literally left everything in the car (wallet,purse,etc.) Elites towing towed my car to their yard and when I went to pick it up monday (they close weekends) my car was not the way I left it at the scenethis car accident was a minor accident in which the driver corner-rear ended a parked car very lightly on the left sideso the damage to my car was only on the left bumper, left fender and the tire poppedwhen I picked up my car on monday, the car battery was dead because they didn't bother to turn the lights off, the right side of my cars rim had like a bullet hole in it and that tire was slashedmy wallet was stolenall my ids and debit cards were left in the compartment inside the cari wish I would've token pictures of the right side of my car to prove this but I didn't because it was my first time in this situation and didn't think people would be capable of this after you ARE paying them for their service

My daughter was involved in a car accident in which her car needed to be towed from the scene on 9/**/SCPD called Elite TowingThe tow truck driver told me he could not take car to my mechanic but must go to his company yardWhen I called Elite towing to see where my daughters car was the owner gave me address and told me to go there and pay for tow $plus tax (the tow was less than one mile) and it would be $a day if I didn't pick it upWhen I arrived at location there was no one there to take money or release carMy daughter called Elite again and was told very nastily we had to go to their office at a different location and pay firstSo we went to that location and were treated so badly by the office staff who were rude and extremely unprofessionalI proceeded to pay for tow so I could get the car out of locked yardThe bill came to $so I gave the office clerk $and she said she couldn't accept that because she had no changeI offered $cash and I would pay the rest by credit/debit cardThey could not accommodate meThey told me I needed to walk to the store and get change after some exchange of words she stormed out of office and walked to store with my twenty to get my changeThis all took so long that I missed AAA driver at yard where the car was being held hostageWhen she did return I asked for receipt of payment because I just paid cash and was told NO that is for driver, who by the way was miles away and the one who was to let us get our car backMy experience with this company was utterly disgraceful I would never recommend this company because of thisI have never filed a complaint before however I felt this was warranted

This man was called to tow my father's car away after he was involved in an accident. When my father asked Elite to please tow the car to the repair shop of his choice Elite recommended another repair place. My dad said no thank you I would like it towed to the place I know, Elite got annoyed and forced my father to come down to his shop and pay him $467 IN CASH or he would not release the car. This is all covered under car insurance policy. How dare this man force my 81 year old father to have to pay $467 in cash just to have his car towed to the auto repair shop of his choice. Elite Towing SUCKS!! SHAME ON YOU!!

The guy showed up didn't have right tools to change a tire so could not fix it but wanted me to sign the receipt so he could get paid from [redacted]. I said you didn't change the tire he said no but I still get paid and did not want to give me a reciept. I said how do you get paid for not doing your job? I took a reciept and he yelled at me my Husband then sent him on his way. I called the office and they said well he tried and he gets paid from [redacted] for trying.
