Very Rude! Snapped at me on the phone & would not let me talk, when I was just trying to tell him I was having trouble hearing himThen he says,'well then you have to call back later' and hangs up on me! I called back & he didn't answer, I called again & he answered complaining that I called him back! All I wanted was to get my car out, I wasn't in any way rude to himTERRIBLE BUSINESS-needs to brush up on his customer service skills

I have every intention of standing by our workIf you look at the dates in his complaint, it's the middle of winterWe don't rush into anything in the middle of winterIt is my fault for assuming a home owner would understand thatAlso if you ask me the pictures he sent me look like wind damage but Once the weather breaks I will 100% head back out there and repair itI've contacted the customer as well on this

I am rejecting this response because: I have two witness statements that saw you tow my car without placing any rear dollies on the vehicle or even bothering to strap it downThis is predatory towing and it is illegalThe witness also claims you didn't have any lights on your truck when you took my car from my house with out any authorization or permission, you stole my car and towed it improperly and illegally, by not strapping it down or having your lights on is in violation of several lawsI am no Mechanic so initially the car just felt really loose when I put my car in the driveway the abs and traction control lights are on and there is a gash in the front tire from where your tie down straps were, I'm scared to drive my carYou say you have audio and video on the truck, then you should be able to see the driver improperly towed my awd vehicle and broke several laws well doing soI still have not received a towing report from your company and will be contacting the police to see if they have received theirs yet either

We do admit that the vehicle was towed in error and corrected that by returning the vehicle immediatelyAs far as the complaints of damage to the vehicle, the vehicle was towed the proper wayThe front tires were picked up off of the ground by the tow truck and the rear wheels were placed on
dollies raising them off the ground in the rearThere was no damage to the vehicleWhen the initial call came in it was from a female caller and in her first sentence she accused us of improperly towing the vehicle and damaging the transmissionShe had no idea how the vehicle was towed and immediately stated the transmission was ruinedWhen the gentleman approached the tow truck driver upon delivery of the vehicle his first statement accused us of damaging the vehicleBased on my experience there are only two reasons people claim damage prior to inspecting or even seeing their car and that is, the vehicle has prior damage, or that the owner has intentions of making claims to receive unwarranted compensationAlso the owner took possession of his vehicle from the delivery driver, drove it around and came back and told the driver there is no damage everything is fine but it "feels funny"We have that on tape since the interior of our vehicles have audio and video surveillanceAfter taking possession stating the vehicle is ok the owner via their insurance agent is claiming that the vehicle has several "dash" lights on and has tire damage which were not evident nor mentioned when the owner took possession of his vehicleI have explained to the owners insurance agent that I will not be contacting my insurance agency and filing any types of fraudulent claims and that the owner can take their vehicle to the Volkswagen dealer which is close to their home and show them the photographs which the owner took when his vehicle was delivered to him and have them explain to him how this towing procedure does not cause the types of damage he is insisting was caused by towing the vehicle even though he had stated to the driver the vehicle was fine.?

dollies raising them off the ground in the rear. There was no damage to the vehicle. When the initial call came in it was from a female caller and in her first sentence she accused us of improperly towing the vehicle and damaging the transmission. She had no idea how the vehicle was towed and immediately stated the transmission was ruined. When the gentleman approached the tow truck driver upon delivery of the vehicle his first statement accused us of damaging the vehicle. Based on my experience there are only two reasons people claim damage prior to inspecting or even seeing their car and that is, the vehicle has prior damage, or that the owner has intentions of making false claims to receive unwarranted compensation. Also the owner took possession of his vehicle from the delivery driver, drove it around and came back and told the driver there is no damage everything is fine but it "feels funny". We have that on tape since the interior of our vehicles have audio and video surveillance. After taking possession stating the vehicle is ok the owner via their insurance agent is claiming that the vehicle has several "dash" lights on and has tire damage which were not evident nor mentioned when the owner took possession of his vehicle. I have explained to the owners insurance agent that I will not be contacting my insurance agency and filing any types of fraudulent claims and that the owner can take their vehicle to the Volkswagen dealer which is close to their home and show them the photographs which the owner took when his vehicle was delivered to him and have them explain to him how this towing procedure does not cause the types of damage he is insisting was caused by towing the vehicle even though he had stated to the driver the vehicle was fine.

I am rejecting this response because: I have two witness statements that saw you tow my car without placing any rear dollies on the vehicle or even bothering to strap it down. This is predatory towing and it is illegal. The witness also claims you didn't have any lights on your truck when you took my car from my house with out any authorization or permission, you stole my car and towed it improperly and illegally, by not strapping it down or  having your lights on is in violation of several laws. I am no Mechanic so initially the car just felt really loose when I put my car in the driveway the abs and traction control lights are on and there  is a gash in the front tire from where your tie down straps were, I'm scared to drive my car. You say you have audio and video on the truck, then you should be able to see the driver improperly towed my awd vehicle and broke several laws well doing so. I still have not received a towing report from your company and will be contacting the police to see if they have received theirs yet either.

They claim they are available 24/7 and electronically dispatch every call and have services available 24/7. I personally been calling them from 7pm last night till 8am this morning every 30 min and the phone just rings no answering device no recorder, and defineny no answer. They towed a vehicle last night that has all my money credit cards keys purse and some very valuable items. I'm in need to retrieve these items, and unable to reach them. In result I'm in a town I'm not from don't know a single person and has left me stranded on the street all night.
