After my investigation into Mr***'s claim, I stated to him that I don't think either of us can prove that the material that hit his vehicle came from our vehicle I believe it is possible that driving down Interstate that this debris
came from another vehicle
Regardless, in good faith, I offered to split the cost (50%/50%) of the repair to his vehicle with him I believe we were both on the road at that time and this debris could have came from multiple vehicles
Mr*** refused my offer and said he will see me in court on April 15,

At least now the company admits being on the road at that place and timeI know where the debris came from I saw it come from the top of the truckdamaging the front bumper of my carI had a passenger that witnessed the incident
