Someone from Elite Water Systems contacted me as a referral and at the time I received the call I was at a school function to watch my daughters performance with about minutes before the program beganI stated to the caller that I my daughter was in a program at school which is about to start and now was not a good time and that she would have to call backThe only reply was "when was the last time you had your water tested"Again I explained that NOW was not a good time the response was the same "when was the last time you had your water tested"So I explained myself once again and was asked the same question, in fact that was the only thing she knew to respond with because she repeated the same response 5-times before I ended the callThis was very rude and demonstrates the type of sales training associated with this companyLooking back I can only imagine the pressure once they are in your homeIn other words if your were to say no to there product you would hear the same sales pitch till you say yesThe thing that infuriated me the most is that in the begging when I accepted the incoming call I was upfront and stated that "now was not a good time and can you call me later"The proper response from would have been, I would be glad toWhat time would be best for you? Instead of "when was the last time you had your water tested" as a response to any thing I said I WILL NOT accept any calls from this company again

I received a call from this company on a Saturday morningThey stated that they would do a free water testing service that would take minutes, and we would also receive a free gift cardI clarified over the phone there would be no commitment, no signing papers, or anything to receive the free service and gift cardThey clearly stated there was no obligationsTwo men arrived in their own personal vehicles on Monday at 7:00pmThey walked in with a brief case of dye solutions and a portable filtration systemThey started doing tests showing us with these dyes (which neither of them would tell me what was inside of the dyes) and showing us how horrible our water quality isThey showed us also how our bottled water was very poor quality water and that basically the only way we could get perfect water quality is with their systemThey did about tests that showed that our water was so bad that it had times as much chlorine as a pool doesThe testing took about an hour and minutesThen they wanted to sit us down and explain how much we are wasting money on buying products such as shampoo, laundry detergent, etcFinally, after minutes of asking the guy what the price of this filtration system was, he then stated it would be $9,Being a new homeowner, I could not afford thatI then said thank you for coming but I wish not to buy your product and I would like to receive my gift card and you may leaveThe guy then raised his voice and said no, I am not leavingI am going to finish what I've startedI said please leave now and give me my gift card as promisedAfter minutes of me trying to get these guys out of my house, they finally listenedRight before he left he called his boss and said that for some reason these people do not want to buy our system and that we are giving them a lot of attitudeHe then put his boss on speaker without him knowing, and his boss said "well did you tell them about the laundry detergent and everything" as if this whole company is a small-knit scamThey quickly packed up their brief case with the supplies and stormed out of my house leaving a complete disaster in my kitchenI ask where is my gift card? He said that I had to come to his car to get itSo I walked out and after I finally got my gift card I said that I wanted his first and last name because of such poor customer service and the threatening ways he was actingHe told me that he did not want my name, so I can't have hisThen he sped off in his vehicleI then called a number from the website, I automatically connected to the guy he was speaking to earlier(Very sketchy)The guy told me how he is an excellent worker and that he doesn't believe he did anything wrong in the way he acted in my homeFor future customers, NEVER EVER let these people walk into your homeI almost felt threatened enough that I was about to call the policeI am now afraid this guy will come back to my home now that he received all of my personal information

I have lived in [redacted] for three years having moved here from [redacted] The first day we had water service with [redacted] , we received a robo call to tell us (new customers) be sure not to set up a fish tank with the public water because the type of super chlorination would kill fishWe decided we would not drink the public tap water without filtering itOur new refrigerator has an in-line filter for ice cubes and drinking water so we have been all setWe have noticed the water is pretty hard because of difficulty cleaning soap sm in the tub and shower areaHowever, we both have noticed that we are both suffering from extremely dry skin and itchy skin despite our best efforts of controlling this with good quality body lotionWhen I was called to get our water tested, I was curious and the offer of $1,in restaurant, groceries, fast food, pharmacy products and many other products just for listening led me to say, "Why not?" and we made an appointment for our water to be tested on 2/6/ [redacted] showed up right on time, was dressed as on would expect of a young professional and carried his testing lab in a suitcaseI have a degree in Biological Sciences so the testing he did for hardness, calcium, nitrates and chlorination was no surprise to me - I did some of those tests in the lab many years agoHe used good technique and used a paper towel to pick up any dripsI keep an eye on the Annual Drinking Water Quality Report available on line from [redacted] Water System so I am very aware of the contaminants that are found in our waterIt is interesting that [redacted] never reports the hardness reading - I've always had to call them for this readingI estimated that [redacted] would get 8-in his test of hardnessIt was 10! [redacted] even tested the water out of my refrigerator filtration system and it was better than the tap water in every test but still had some of the chlorine and a small amount of nitratesHe did a demonstration of washing hands with Ivory soap and rinsing one hand with our tap water and the other with the conditioned water that he set up with a mini-filtration systemThen we dried our handsThere was a huge difference between the hand rinsed in the Elite Water Filtration System and the other rinsed in [redacted] waterThe skin was so soft on the filtered water rinsed handHe did another demonstration with one of my clean facecloths and a bowl of filtered waterMy perfectly white and clean facecloth gave off soap foam in the filtered waterHe intelligently explained that our clothes washed in tap water never completely get rinsedI was not planning on a purchase but I can see clearly the benefits of this systemThere was some soap and cleaning products offered in the promotion, but I will check back here with my review after using the system for a month and I will tell you what I thinkAll in all, we were well treated, the financing was through our own credit card so we also received a discount as this was treated like a cash transactionI provided some of my friends and family's phone numbers so they can see what I am talking about here

What an extrordinary company!! We had a Water Tech come out to test our water for free and never imagined that what they showed us was what we were drinking, bathing in and washing our clothes in....WOW!!!
The Water Tech that came out was extremely knowledgable and patient with us and our many questions He walked us through (even having us participate) the water test, explaining each test being performedThe Water Tech thoroughly explained all the paperwork needed in order for us to receive CLEAN WATER and the 5yrs of cleaning supplies is an substantial savings
My wife and I have had many compliments from friends/family visiting us, not only on the taste, but on the feel of the water
We highly recommend having Elite Water Systems of Charlotte come out to test your homes water

This company is top notch!! I allowed them to test my water and was surprised at what they found. Since my husband and I had thought of a purchase before, we decided to purchase a system from them. Our entire experience from beginning to end and delivery was amazing! I would recommend this company to anyone!!
