Review: On Jan 20, 2015 I purchased a refrigerator from [redacted] at Elite. we were promised a delivery om 1/30/2015. what was delivered was not the fridge we bought. it did not fit in out kitchen and the doors were broken. I called [redacted] right away and he promised to fix the problem right away. A week later after so many phone called we finally recieved the fridge only to find out that it does not work. I called [redacted] and told him I would like my money back because I have small kids in the house with no food because I have no fridge. he said he would come get the fridge and give me my money back. then he said he can fix it and to give him a chance.he sent someone to fix it and it stared working. 2 weeks later on 2/24 the fridge broke again. [redacted] sent another person to fix it and it broke again. I texted him saying he can take the fridge back and please return half the money we paid for the inconcince he has cause on my kids and myself. he hasnt answered any of my calls or texts.Desired Settlement: I would like at least half the money we paid for the fridge. we paid $380 plus $40 for delivery.
