Her screen came in the wrong size (for her window ) I had to reorder againIt is here now and ready to be installed The installer had left the screen here the day he went to install the door our project manager stopped what he was doing to get the screen and take it to her however when we went to her house the same day we installed her windows and door to install the screen that went to the door, the person had already left and we were unable to get access to the inside to be able to install the door screen so we left it on the porch so we could come back and install it when we came back out to install the screen for the windowI have called and left her a voice message for her to schedule a time to complete the screen install
