The team at Elite Window Cleaning did a terrific job with our windows. They even took extra precautions with my pup, the little escape artist. I recommend them to all my friends and family and I will be utilizing their services in the future.
Last year (2017) we made an appointment and then changed the date. Elite called back and confirmed the change. On the day of the new date they were a no show. We called several times but no response to our voice mails. Now, they confirmed 11/12/18 between 12 and 2:00. At 3 PM we called and were told they were on the way. Then a lady called shortly thereafter and said because of last year's experience they took us off their customer list! I would never use Elite because their customer service is horrible. It's 2 years in a row they were a no show.
Thank you for the review, customer called testerday on the 12, I was on a job site and assumed it was are ACTUAL 2-4 job that I was headed to. I was not confirming thier job just a misunderstanding. Our business is booked out 3 weeks in advance the is absolutely no way id be able to book a job same day and arrive on said day. All of our real customers know this. This customers did the same thing to us last year which ruined our schedule but we agreed, we were running late to thier home after they changed the date and time because rescheduling always sets us back a time slot. The customer was extremely rude to my wife who answers our phones and schedules so I made the decision to no longet clean thier windows. Elite window cleaning has been in business for 10 plus year with only 3 bad reviews, we cannot please everyone and we do not accept rude or condescending attitudes and remarks. We thank you for the review so other cleaners may see the name and beware. Have a great holiday!

I am sorry for the misunderstanding. Our job last year was rescheduled well in advance and not on short notice. No reason was ever given for not showing up. This year the appointment was confirmed by the owner's wife and we were never told that they had taken us off their customer list. We would have never called for this year had we known that. Leaving voice mails for an update seems reasonable and had we been given a call back we would have been OK.
Second year this company has washed our windows. Service was prompt, well organized, and thorough. Also reasonable.
