I had gotten new cell phone , internet service and they did not show to install the internet service as statedAlso the phone service was not very good in my areaI returned the phones and cancelled the internet serviceThey had a $dollar restocking fee which they kept but still owed me $refund from what I had put downI had gotten the phones on 4-8-and returned them on X-well within the buyer remorse time periodAs of today I still have not gotten my refund, well over monthsThey had told me that it may take up to weeks to get it through the mailI have contacted them several times and all I get out of them is that the check is in the mailDon't know what else I can do
